What about the Bailey DV30 which is also self adjusting so no messing with springs after mapsYup just fit it the same way as your standard dv as its a pile of poo about it sounding better, i got a slight chink noise on let off when i reversed it, and if youv got a standard airbox then i doubt youl hear anything anyway. Good choice with the 007p (there is no choice really lol)

The dv26 is an atmospheric valve though where as the 007 is a recirc
I'm considering the 008! Seen a few on eBay but I'm not sure if it's £40 better then the 007p? But surely the 007p will mKe the difference over stock
Save your doh and buy a 007p, only real reason to upgrade your dv would be if its broke, or your remapping. The dv does nothing in increasing bhp just forge 007ps hold more pressure and are alot more reliable.
If the spring is too stiff/hard it will be harder for the vac pressure to open the valve which would cause chatter/flutter and damage your turbo. Too soft/weak and fitted the correct way will mean your boost pressure is too high and would open the valve when you don't want it to causing boost leak. When fitted in reverse, the boost pressure acts on the side of the piston so spring choice is kinda irrelevant and its just best to have the weakest spring so DV operation is nice and smooth.
