Everything should fit like a glove Dave. A lot of time (as we all know) has gone into this kit so it should just be plug and play.

Decat 3" K04 Downpipe will be £300 plus £10 delivery
200 Cell Cat 3" downpipe £400 plus £10 delivery.

Price for manifolds can be arranged, PM me...

Everyone who actually wants one of these, PM me with Name, Address, and downpipe type I can get get an idea of interest.

There are only 8 decat pipes, so people who want decats are first come first served.

Hi all,

am new here so take it easy on me lol, total VAG noob. picked my new car up last sunday it has the following done:

3" (i think could be 2.5 but not 100% sure will have to get it on a ramp to check) Turbo Back powerflow exhaust system (decat)
Dump Valve (not sure on the make but it has a screw top to it to adjust sound)
SFS Coolent Hoses
SFS Intake Silicone hose with open air filter (want to change this to a BMC CDA or similar)
Remap (Custom)

hasn't been put on an RR but prev owners suggested 280bhp but will have to take that with a pinch of salt. but i am looking at a FMIC and with this Manifold what is the potential on standard turbo but with good reliability,

I cudnt PM you as i have not posted 15 times yet, am fairly new to the site as i only bought my s3 in february and dont no much mechanics, ive got to recon my turbo because quite abit of oil was getting into ic an am going to uprate it so wanted the pipes for it for when i do it, its abit late though because ive orderd it off ebay now and has been dispatched but never mind thats how it goes, like reading your post on your build, keep up good work to show people like me the way lol !

Basically, the modification here has been the runner on cyl 4. It now runs at the same pitch as cyl 3.

Before, cyl 4's runner simply wouldn't pass the head, and this had to be done to allow it to:

Also, the flange on this new one here is perfectly flat.... another of the initial problems.

Or would I need to do some chopping ?
Also, I've had problems in the past with a car with a sports cat thy would throw up a error code relating to lambda probes. Will the 3" dp with sports cat be ok engine management wise?

Quick question, ive bought this downpipe and decat and the gaskets aint supplied with them, i messaged xs power to ask if they do them and they told me there 'still working on them' , does any one know where im supposed to buy these from ?

Do you guys have any idea on XS Power manifolds cracking tendency on colder climates as i live in Finland? My old ported manifold is leaking and i am in desperate need of new one. I don`t want to install another stock one..

Is there reliable information on when this manifold really becomes available? I understood that JBS one will still take some time?
