Same mate, had a horrible nights sleep kept waking up with a major sore jaw.... Sure our lass gave me a left hook on the sly. I'm in ****** agony. You got Yr name down for ADI now dave??

What we got on today peeps?? Not sure what I'm doing yet best make my way into the office, boooo !!
 
Cars fixed, my dad being the total ****ing legend I knew he was managed to drill it through the manifold with a left handed drill bit on an right angle air drill doing it in the reflection of a small mirror.

Drilled it with microscopic precision, tapped a snap on easy out into it and spent an entire 5 hours gently taking it out.

Car is back together and ****ing flying now, I had a play with an E46 M3 on the way back and despite him pulling slightly when we got up to 4th gear + he wasn't getting away at all on the A roads and twisties.

Jardo, that is ****** good news mate, old boy got some skills and a shed load of patients (of that's how you spell it);)

Westy, what a frigging cop out!!! Iv been rocking my old piece of crap for months and for what ios5... ****ers!!!! Bet Yr hanging from the banister lol

Scott, good idea them TT lanyards looked cool at ADI but I reckon they would probably want confirmed orders
for goochi stuff like that.

Well I'm off to north Wales today then hopefully get back in time to do some jobs on the car ready for the weekend ;)

I'd deffo buy two. 1 for the front and 1 for the back of the car.
The TTs did look smart.

I'm sat here in work going a little bit mental each day. I don't think I help my self by keep dwelling on it. o well.

I'm going to just pick up an iPhone4 now as they will be a bit cheaper and sell my 3Gs for £150ish on the bay. I'll wait for a new handset next year.

I am very tempted to get another handset completely but i cant live without some of the apps that only the iphone has.

Not just new software but the handset is the same as iPhone4 they just changed the processor and the amount of memory.

That is a very good app.

If I had a spare android phone, I would send it up to you to try mate.
But sadly I sold all of mine.
Have a play with my phone on saturday if you want and see what you think.
 
Thanks boys, super chuffed with it now! REALLY fast, took Prawn out for an early morning and he was suitably impressed! Fastest KO3s car he's ever driven apparently :)

So yes, all set for ADI track session :D

Will pull the seats out and do a half strip and hopefully find me some S3's haha
 
Had a stressful day yesterday, trying to sell a car whilst working is NOT a good idea! lol... especially when the frikin car decides it doesn't want to sell itself! :mad:

For some stupid reason, it was buy a BMW 116i day yesterday, had loads of calls for the car as soon as work started, ok, not a biggy, but the first person to come and view it opened up the bonnet, and the bonnet catch decides to seize up, so I was unable to close the bonnet properly!... this is followed by a load of call I had to make to cancel viewings. See on a normal day, I'd just go outside and try and fix it, but no, it turned out to be a busy day also, so no chance of a a quick fix!

The same guy came back 3 times, 2nd time with a 'mechanic' mate for a 2nd opinion, 3rd time with a 3rd guy with a diagnostics laptop to scan it! WHAT THE F! Today, he want a 4th viewing with an under car inspection on a ramp!! It's a 2nd hand car ***, he wanted money off for stone chips aswell! LOL

I said to him, find me a 70k+ car with no stone chips?!?

Was very close to telling him to go home, but the frustration between work and knackered bonnet catch meant I just kept my cool.

Anyways, sprayed the whole mech with WD40 to leave overnight, as I can't do jack in the dark, and it's fixed itself come the morning!, something to smile about now. :)

Can't wait for ADI now, it's stress relief, I want to see cars going by at full chat, cars I will probably never own, but still nice to see them in action!
 
Same , sounds like a right muppet. Hopefully it will go before ADI then as he obviously likes the car but still a muppet.
 
YEEEES! Finally sold that piece of **** that is a BMW 1-series! All the lies of telling everyone how a good car it is and good fuel economy etc. OK, the car was in really good condition, but it was sooooo under powered!

Got nearer enough the price I was asking for, so good riddance! :)
 
a quick question!
how do i make pics on photobucket bigger? instead of tiny little things? everytime i increase the size they just go blury!

Also, you bought a BMW that's not a 6pot or more. what do you expect?

Chez, you need to get a big image uploaded first. if a image is 100x100, you can't make it 640x480 with out it going 'blurry'..
