Brake Pad suggestion

Hi folks,

I will need to change my brake pad soon for my 1.6

as I have a chance of changing it which brand would be great value of money and does a great job ??

I heard something about EBC but anything else??

Eurocarparts have a special on at the moment. 30% off brake pads. I'd go for some decent OE equivalents.

Are the rears a DIY job? I know you need a special tool to wind back the pistons on the front.
