I caught this on camera this morning on the way to work. The workman have really messed up this time!

It went on for about half an hour before they managed to stop it.

Nah, he had some sort of (and using the technical term) long metal spanner type thing.
It didn't work but it was a good effort by him. He was DRENCHED all his workman mates just stop there and filmed him on their mobiles, laughing. I reckon it must've been him who caused it.
