Evening all.
Just got home from 5 days of sorting out my grandad's house, paper work and all the other stuff you have to do when a family member dies.
I think we got it all sorted out now though.
Just waiting on probate and then the sale of house and its done.

I've walked away with all the 8 Track cartridges, player, 8mm reels, 8mm players, 8mm film editing cutting and splicing kit, Panasonic NV-M10 VHS camera, so many slide photos and all his camera kit. It all ranges from 50/60s to early 2000. Need a couple of weeks to go through it all, make sure it works and then sell it on. I might keep some little bits of kits for the 8mm and slides if there is any thing family related.

Any way. on to other things.
How is everone?
what have I missed?

Shamless is on peeps

Welcome back scott. Hopefully we can cheer you up after your loss.

Hmmmm whats happenwd, well:
Reesy and damo are still at each other with gay jibes, leading everyone else to believe that they have gay dogging sessions in the early hours of the morning.
Solly nearly crashed his.purse today, into a much more masculine ford ka
Westy broke his toe in germany after a raunchy night with nurburgs own vicky pollard where she bit his toe (he's telling eveyone he kicked something, as you would)
Dave is now best friends with paddy and have already been round to each others houses for tea parties
And everyone is still fishing for big game, mostly in the 8p section where the same big fish get hooked.
Sandra is still poorly (awwww)
Jardo keeps beating Solly at some game, whilst also coming out with superb jokes that are right up my street.
And i, well I've not been on in a while. Did a 215 mile ride for charity in 2 and half days, hardest thing i have wver done and never experienced such pain, and im just recovering.

ah sorry karl i forgot, dah how was it

Hey Scott welcome back mate :), Karl pretty much summed it up :p apart from the bit about me and the term handbag lol he's referring to my amazingly cool Audi cabriolet btw just invade :), how did u get on Karl anyway?

Hi too everyone.
Welcome back Scott
Hi Karl, how did the charity cycle go?

It went really well in that we completed it and raised £1060, maybe even more ive not checked in a while.
It was however the most difficult and painfull thing I've ever done. At some point all of us could have cried. and we all even said on the second day, we cant do this, sure were not going to make it. After the penines tho we battled on, and on day 3 reached the other side at 4 o'clock.
We rode 5 hours on day 1, 12 hours on day two, and 7 hours on day 3. We now know why its recomended to be done in 4-5 days, not 2 and half.
Were proud of what we accomplished tho. Seems alot of people dont realise just what a challenge it is. I know one thing for sure tho, i would never do it again. And would love for someone else to try it and hear their thoughts.

Well done Karl, it sounds like it was gruelling ride, but worth it for your chosen charity. Macmillan cancer support do a fantastic job. I have 1st hand knowledge of this and know they help sufferers in lots of ways.

Well done Karl top man, and the added benefit of going to heaven, i meant to donate a few quid, can i still do it, or pay you and pass it on...
Good work for a well worthwhile cause....:applaus:

Well its goodnight from me, time for me to go watch a chick flick. Catch you all tomorrow.

Well in karl!! A very good cause and very hard work no doubt to get it in on time.
Morning dave how's Yr weather? it's proper **** over here. Got loads on today too but really can't be assed.
You got Yr rod today ;)

Morning all,

Damo, Can't keep it. got to much crap in my house as it is.
I did find a 20mm shell. I'm going to keep that. :)

Is that a good thing about paddy and dave? I guess it is, you can never had enough friends and tea parties.

Weldone on your ride karl. where did you ride to and from?

Westy broke his toe by some fat german chav eating it?
Nice one, any pictures from his time at the ring?

How did solly almost crash his purse? Pictures? :)

whos Jardo?

damo the weather is wet and windy....i have not brought my rod as im out on a job all day from 10,
Unless we can get casting early......
ive got a keep net though so throw your gear in mine and i will look later....
Scott we are not at the tea party stage.....:shutup2:

MORNING ALL!!!

the weather here is well nice roof down BAM! :)

scott i was on the duel carrdige way in the right lane and a car in hte left lane cut infront of the car in front of me and the ka ( car in front) went straight into the back of it i had to go acrross both lanes and up the grass verge :( to dodge everything

Good morning scott, dave, damo and solly. The weather is not nice here today either.

Been far too busy at work recently :( I've been staying away from the pub as it's addictive and makes me lose track of time! :) I still have a load more report to write, but thought i'd pop in and say hello.

That sum up from karl was brilliant, and made me laugh a lot. I nearly got killed cycling to work the last two days, the wind is mental.

Morning all, weathers good here, great run into work, so did it in around 1/2 the time I normally do, and pulled up to that lovely familiar smell you get when the car has had a good workout.. A great start to the day

Morning all, lovely sunny day down here - didn't cycle today though as we have to do some running around today that requires a car.

Also hoping that my delivery from Polished Bliss will arrive today so that it can go home in the car, new snow foam lance (my original is knackard) and a 4 litre of snow foam which would be a bit too heavy for the bike.

Paul

Morning Sandra! And Paul...don't be a wimp. :p Cycling with a snow foam lance and 4l of liquid would be entertaining if nothing else.
