As above really, currently have the glow plug, emissions and DPF lights on and yesterday it went into limp mode. Had the exhaust pressure sensor checked, sadly not the issue, so it's looking like the DPF is blocked. I've only owned it for a couple of weeks and have run it for long journeys just below 2k revs in 6th (it's S-tronic) but it hasn't made a blind bit of difference.
Before the limp mode came on it'd been driving absolutely fine, it still starts fine too. So, is it actually possible to have the DPF physically cleaned/cleared - i've heard from a few 'specialists' that it can't. If I have it deleted, remapped etc i've been told it'll fail an MOT. Don't want to have to replace the DPF as it's a pain in the **** piece of **** in the first place, so what's the best option?
