Unlucky 16Klappe, but in this day and age they are looking for the slight slipups, believe me im an employer....so this could have been an easy way out for them, although you say 18 months, 2 years is the full entiltenment i believe, nethertheless it still seems harsh if the facts are not on the table...

Yeah, Pierre got so ****** off with the stones rattling that he pulled the vents out and replaced the ducting. He tried using his penis as a claw to hook them out, with no joy.

Dave, 12 months full time counts for statutory working rights contract which would have dictated a further investigation. As I undercharged as apposed to didn't charge it isn't an instant dismissal because it can easily be attributed to human error as apposed to unlawful actions. (Thats what my solicitor said haha!)

Just a quick sad up date.
My Grandad just past away. Had the phone call from my dad.
He's been in for the last week and a bit and everything seemed ok, never expected him to die.
But it happened, so I'm off to bristol to see family for a couple of days.
Just as I caught up with the pub I'm away and going to use out again. ******!!

Na never been to inters, only my first ASN meet at AITP the missus and brats were with me so only really managed to meet the pub lads and a few others really, so looking fwd to this one.
 
This will be my first one as well :) been to tons of Renault ones been to FCS (French car show) 3 years running so this shud smash it :D

Death sucks but its part of life really.
Sounds a bit harsh but I just want to get this hole funeral bit over with and move on.
I hate remember them in the last couple of weeks/months of their life.
My nan (grandad's wife) was the worse, died of cancer with no treatment, just some pills. the doc said it was her age and after a couple of motnhs of intense pain from her, they finally sorted it out for her to get tests and by that point it was to late. :(
Last memories I have of her is let in her bed in the front room looking like skelator. O well. On wards and all.

Damo, yeah pretty close. spent almost all of my access weekends over there or if my dad was working lates I was with my nan and grandad.
Its ok, I got 2 pairs left. lol

Sucks massive Wang when Yr close. Took me ages to get over it when G went. I was alot younger though I guess and had never experienced death at that point. Sure all will go well mate, are you planting or burning Grandad ??
