Over here the equivalent to Quality Street is 'Cadbury Favourites'. They are currently on offer at HALF PRICE. They are now $9.39 which is £6.26 for 600g (so normally they are £12.52!!!!!!) Crazy money!!!! Really missing Galaxy chocolate :-(

Eh? No way I'd be paying that for a box 'o chocs, thats crazy. Mind you, when I was in norway in 1984, a bottle of teachers whisky was about £30, a packet of 20 regal fags was about £5.00 and the equivalent of a pint was about £2.00. Hate to think what it would be now

Haha, my Sister's living in Sydney til Christmas time. The prices she pays for stuff is crazy, but then the minimum wage is $20/hr so I suppose it all evens out.

Still, £3 for a pint of milk!

lol, try bananas then! Due to the floods etc from last year prices have rocketed to over $15 a kilo, thats about £10. Soooo miss Asda and their £1 packs of bananas lol
