There are 13 people confirmed and 6 cars I think so it should be a good one. Just holding out on the weather.

Oh and what's your point about the lycra up the ****?! Dont knock it till you've tried it ;)

Afternoon all.
I'm back.
Not even going to try reading the posts since I was last here, have I missed much ?
Hope your cold has gone Sandra.
Had a very busy long weekend load of DIY on the house, time consuming stuff that doesn't show much - but managed to sort out a couple of bad cracks in our hall and lounge ceiling that have been bugging us for a few years. We'd tried all sorts to hide them, in the end I sanded back and filled with some ready mixed skim plaster that I've got - sanded back flat and then 5 coats of paint. Very happy with the result.
Sunday was spend at Wings and Wheels (Dunsfold) which was fantastic, unfortunately the Vulcan had a technical failure on the way down so we didn't get to see her. Everything else was great though. Found a screw in one of my rear tyres though, ended up getting it repaired OK this morning (luckily as that was £18 and a new tyre would have been £140, F1 Asymmetrical)

I got 2 seperate sets of Yokohama Advan A048 semi slicks from the rear of an exige but they all have very similar wear:

Just dropped them and the S3 wheels down to quickfit, picking them up at 5PM.

Nah not bumble, I know it's going to be more to run but I spend enough on the s3 I can't see it being more than that :laugh:

this is the rs from pistonheads that im feeling, quite a bit of work done, ill take the 466 bhp with a pinch of salt I think but thats good work done never the less. Audi : BLACK RS4 B5 2001 - 466BHP MRC Tuned some of the rs4 at inters were crazy fast om nom nom

I'm not going anywhere though, ASN for life!

Yeah I'm a bit worried about non of the ads mentioning a clutch change, I can imagine that will be expensive and, because its me, fairly necessary :)

I quite like the black one, not so sure on the smoked rears, but I reckon I could turn that into an evil monster :eyebrows: and the more power arguement is winning over the lower miles argument

and even if they do, they'll only think it whilst im in the car, as opposed to all the time you grey haired jigolo you ;)

Nowhere yet, but it is for sale and will be advertised properly very soon. I think it'd be too old for an 8P owning snob, although you do have to spend more time looking at the road, and less time looking at your interior when you have over 200bhp...

I always assumed rounders was for people of the opposite gender, although if hotties were involved, Welly is exonerated.

hey guys im a tech in ohio im having a bit of a problem with an a6 quatro 2001. long story short customer tried doing his own rear brakes and put washers behind the rotor to space it out. then he threw old stuff away. so we get the car and we cannot find any rotors that fit this car. we tried multiple aftermarket and even dealer with vin. everything either to deep or to shallow and hits the caliper brackets. just wondering if anyone else has ran into this and any suggestions. thanks
