Hey guys and gals!

I have a RNS-e fitted in my A3 (its the old one without the silver knobs) and was wondering if i wanted to add a Dension 100 to allow my iphone 4 to be connected, would it need Coding of some sort? Or is it a simple Undo the quadlock, plug in the quadlock from the Dension to the RNS-e and the original quadlock into the Dension = bob ya uncle?

Regards,

Ish/.

I have that set up and its plug and play

Oki Dokey! Someone told me that i may need to get the RNS-e coded to allow it to accept the Dension, got a little worried you see casue i dont have vag-com :D

Probably work pnp, but if its changer port connected, it may need changer enabling in the rns, only 1 way to find out.

Currently dont have a CD changer installed - dont intend on getting one. Would it have to be connected via the cahnger port? or is the Quadlock okay. Is there any benefits?

The changer connects via the quadlock, there isnt a changer port as such, its just lingo used, sorry if confused you, in my head changer port on rns is quadlock pins :)
