What's the time now?

21:33. Sitting on my balcony having a beer and listening to the bar music. 34 degrees today, but dropped to a chilly 22 degrees now.

Hoping for more sunny weather tomorrow.:rockwoot:

09.50 looks like its going to be a reasonable day weatherwise. I cant beleive thats us in September already. This year has flown in.
 
16.03 has managed to stay dry all day.
 
23:38 Reached 40 degrees today. Burnt like a goodun. Anyone for lobster! Sitting at bar after having Vodka shot.

Boys in bed:) we can see them from the bar just in case anyone thinks we have just left them.:idea:

Pretty good, they reckon they may have rain\thunderstorms later but right now it's just fine for me, not cold but not burning hot as it was at some points last week, it's my friends 6yr old sons pool party this afternoon so I am hoping the storm warnings are false as the little'un has been looking forward to this for ages.
 
13.56 the last time i was in new york i got caught in a thunderstorm at the resevoir in central park. Hope it stays dry for the party.

I have so far managed to avoid the rains on any of my NY visits though I have been fried by the heat at times, the buildings just seem to bounce the heat when it's really hot but am loving the place!

Cheers, if it wasn't for the fact that the boy wanted a pool party so badly they would be ok as their new house is large enough to house everyone but he is set on this to the point that he was helping me and his dad skim all the leaves out of the pool and was sweeping up the deck area a few days ago.
 
15.41 i have been to new york 7 times. You must visit the yankee stadium and do the tour and Brooklyn zoo is a must.

Ok so you know the spots to visit, I was going to go to the zoo but the hurricane madness put a stop to a lot of my plans, I had wanted to go Madison Square Garden but they are working on it so no NBA games or tours, think I will have a lot of stuff on my to do list for my next visit.

Lovely dinner with a friends family after helping them move and a seriously funny waiter = good night all round

Just woke up and realised how old I am as I ache everywhere from yesterday's move - Think today is a stay in bed day.
 
19.10 watching harrys arctic heroes on bbc2.
 
11.44 its always sad to leave new york.
 
23.47 i can hear the rain and doubt im going to get much sleep. Think summer may be nearly over.

3.38am, body clock refuses to sleep while i am at home. Await waking up at 8am for car service and mot.


Too psyched at the possibility of getting back on my bmx for the short time before starting my masters :yahoo:
