Wiper Options

Rains are coming and my wipers have gone time for some new ones with a small upgrade, if possible.
I've read that the B6 ones wont fist cause the splin is bigger on the B6s than the B5s.
The A8 aero wiper arms fit but are the angled wrong, so they rub on the bonnet.

Apart from the pre-facelift and facelift wipers has any one else put any thing different on their B5s?
Arms and blades, mainly for the aero blade option.

I dont know of any issues, but there might be some small things like wipers colliding with the bonnet if you open the bonnet with the wipers up.

They fit the spindle and the blades are the right length afaik.

I had Passat aero's on my old A4. I shall be putting a set on my S4 too.

The old VAGParts kit were B5.5 arms with the following wiper refill PNs:

3B2955425E
1J2955426B

You will notice one's from a Bora and the other a Passat.
They are the same overall length but have different pickup points.

I went through a similar thing and ended up reordering them piece by piece. Probably lose a few quid since you're not buying in pairs ... oh well.
