Just bought an S3 Any advice?

Basically i have just bought myself an Audi S3 with 69k Miles on the clock 07 Plate approved used from audi themselves so it has come with a years warranty as well.

Is there any specifics i need to be looking out for. Before i had an audi a3 53 plate 2.0tdi.

as long as it has full service history and cam belts done should be all good! It might be worth seeing whether the clutch is covered on the warranty.. :icon_thumright:

other than that, pick it up and enjoy!!

Ask has the cam follower been changed on the fuel pump? Not an expensive part (£20 or so) but if you do not know what you are doing, it could be awkward to fit infront of the fuel pump.

Has the clutch been replaced? S3's are prone to clutch slip and vibrating flywheels

my dad is a ex f1 ferrari mechanic from Maranello brother works for kwik fit I'm pretty into cars so i can tackle most jobs myself. Yeah i got the nav from audi.

Cam follower is a must to be checked as it can lead to expensive repairs if it fails
