Over in the Forest of Dean today, in the land of inbreds and webbed feet....

Birthday was good ta Westy, went down to Weston-Super-Mud and stayed there overnight.

Got back and smashed the entire kitchen floor up and got rid of the tiles. What an **** of a job that was. Still, kitchen now only needs plastering, painting, and the new floor laying, then the new kitchen can commence....

nice one on the house work welly.

We are replacing 2 cabs for 1 and reorganising the other cab.

I love a bit of comms room re-cabling too

Did a few comms rooms on sundays for double buble over time. Spent a whole day redoing 2 switches and had the radio on all day. It does destroy your finger tips though!

Just had Trina (the ex) text me saying "i could really use someone to talk to right now...."

I put my phone down and left it saying to myself that she doesn't deserve my time after all she's said over the past few weeks

But then muggins picks the phone up again and starts calling her.....

I told her how childish she's been over all this and helped her out a little bit coz she was upset looking over pics of us. Just told her that things will be ok for her etc etc

Then she asks me if i can accompany her to her next diabetes appointment as i went to her last one when we were together and it's down here in London which she hates going to by herself

I said no coz it's just not a good idea plus i don't have time for someone like her in my life after everything that's happened. She start's to cry down the phone saying how i'm the only one she can trust and how she misses me and just wants me there for support. I said no about 4 or 5 times before finally ending it with "i'll think about it"....*** grow some balls and just fcuking cut the cord!!!

Text Johdi (new girl) asking her to give me a call in the morning as i really wanted to talk to her, she called me straight away and was really understanding and everything. She's so lovely so glad i can talk to her about this sort of thing and she's cool with it. I said i was sorry for dragging her into all this but she says she doesn't mind, she just wants to make sure sure i'm OK which made me smile

God i just wanna be over and done with her for good so that Johdi and I can concentrate on us. It's like she just pops up once a week once things are finally going well and brings all this shiit back up again!!!

It is difficult mate but the only way is to totally cut off. You have to completely ignore her if your truly want to move on. I told my ex to delete my number on so many occasions but I'd still get a text another month later down the line! Change your number if you have to mate but it really is the only way.
