Both of the commentators said it was not worthy of a drive thru penalty.

WHAT A MESS..............

Really annoyed with Hamilton

This has been a really good race. i hope button can hold on for the win.

Yes. Well done Jenson on your 200th grand prix. Superb race.

entertaining race :)

2 things Ive never seen before:

1 - exploding car
2 - handbrake turn in the pit lane? LOL

Well Done Paul, a good 7th place :)

Was an enjoyable race from start to finish Ewan, the outcome could have been so different. Paul did well with 7th place finish, his best so far this season. Think he is one to watch.

really good race, so happy that button won it from vettel. unhappy at lewis choice to change onto inters for 5 mins worth of light rain in 2 corners, the strategy boys should have gone the other way onto prime's. lewis did say they could not hear him through his radio but i think that was just politics. lewis done well though to come 4th after everything that happened to him including drive through which i think was not called for but could see the stewards point of view. some good wheel to wheel racing with jenson and lewis(take note red bull this is how you entertain people).

overall very good race loved watching.

well done jenson, lewis and paul.

exploding renault from its second fire of the year, im thinking the forward facing exhaust isnt the right choice to go for

Hypocrytes Mclaren? I think so...

McLaren are seeking clarification from Formula 1's governing body on the legality of a controversial front wing on the pace-setting Red Bull car.

BBC Sport - F1 - McLaren query 'flexible' Red Bull front wing

Then they make there own flexi front wing...Tut Tut
3.15 Aerodynamic influence :
With the exception of the driver adjustable bodywork described in Article 3.18 (in addition to minimal parts solely associated with its actuation) and the ducts described in Article 11.4, any specific part of the car influencing its aerodynamic performance :
- must comply with the rules relating to bodywork ;
- must be rigidly secured to the entirely sprung part of the car (rigidly secured means not having any degree of freedom) ;
- must remain immobile in relation to the sprung part of the car.

Yet again, you are posting a link from 2010 Raptor. McLaren was 'seeking clarification' on the flexible wing, so obviously if it's legal for the Redbulls to run a device and make your car go quicker, you are going to copy them to even things up!

Dates aside. The picture was taken AFTER Valencia and McLaren were told to change the wing after Valencia.

Ok 4 weeks till the next Race so gonna post this instead to pass the time.

And Ferrari.

Was a great race. Made up for Button.
Watched the F1 forum for the first time today and thought it was great. Wish i saw Coulthard getting chucked in the pool live now.

i watch the forum without fail, some good interesting things facts you find out and get to see things you would never see on live TV

I'm now being censored by the BBC on the comments section of the blogg by Ben Gallop (who again tries to sell it as a good deal for fans) I've emailed my MP now as I don't think the BBCs sellout to Sky was in the best interests of the Licence Payers and anti-competitive. By going into bed with Sky they effectively blocked one of the other FTA channels from taking up the coverage.

Yeah good luck with a letter to your MP. He will most likely put your letter in the bin.
I tweeted Martin brundle and Jake saying we all know its just a transistion period. The first 6 months with BBC, then you go onto sky and 2013 BBC will drop it all together. I also told them to give it back to ITV who did a far better job the past 15yrs. Lease it was free.

I've gone with anti-competitive behaviour as it appears they got into bed with Sky to stop any of the other FTA channels getting a chance to bid.

I hope F1 ratings drops right off in the UK and will serve Bernie right. Im just gonna stream it live off the net to my TV so i couldnt give a crap what the bbc do from this point in. Might want to edit your post regarding TV licence

Reptor as regards to your very last point in your last post I kinda agree - as far as I'm concerned I don't agree that the BBC make their money from the TV license when all other channels have to find this money themselves.

What i love about F1 is the whole P.R rubbish. One day they say something will never happen, then it does.

[h=2]F1 bosses snubbed Channel 4's £45m bid[/h]
Formula 1 could have remained free-to-air for the foreseeable future had F1 bosses considered the bid presented by terrestrial broadcaster, Channel 4.
The recent announcement that the BBC would share coverage of the 2012 to 2018 season with subscription service Sky, came as a shock to many fans, especially those that can't afford such a service which it's estimated would cost around £600 annually.
It's believed the BBC blocked a rival bid from Channel 4, to instead partner with Sky in order to avoid one of their biggest rivals securing the rights' to host F1 free-to-air - leaving the BBC without any coverage.
Bernie Ecclestone is also thought to have backed the BBC/Sky deal, despite earlier declaring that pay-to-view would be suicidal for the sport and its sponsors.
The main motivator behind Ecclestone's reasoning is that Channel 4 offered £45 million a year for the contract, £5m more than the BBC currently pay, but £15m less than the announced BBC/Sky deal in which the BBC contributes £15m for half the races, with Sky paying the remaining £45m for exclusive rights to show all 20 grands prix live.
Documents, which have now been removed, revealed that C4 produced a ten-point plan which would have seen the channel show all coverage live, including practice, alongside detailed analysis with several hours of documentaries and historical footage.
C4 were among many others channel, including ITV and Channel 5 to have shown an interest in taking over the rights, however the deal offered by C4 was believed to be the only viable alternative with ITV and C5 wanting to takeover from 2013, rather than 2012.

id prefer F1 not to be on anything other than bbc only because of adverts, thats one thing i dont like about other channels is the adverts, it takes up nearly 1/4 of the whole programme which is bolloks. bernie has gone for the money and i dont blame him as why does he have to worry about joe bloggs in his house when he is at every race anyway and you know for a fact he doesnt watch the races like we do, he is up in the vip milling around talking to potential investors who dont give a **** about the sport just the advertising sector of it, so when he is drinking his crystal champers while sucking off the next billionaire and filling his pockets we have to pay for the ****e service of sky who only shows around 2 races a month and chelsea live once a month. £29.99 just for 3 things i want to watch........................... no thanks. who gives a toss about golf and cricket cuz i certainly dont as its a boring load of ****ing ****.

GET F1 BACK ON THE BEEB

I would have happily paid a one off fee to the BBC as part of the licence payments to enable them to keep F1, problem would be they would see this as an open invitation to start skunking you every time they wanted rights to something, so where would it end.

It seems **** about face having it switching between channels, and I hope this proves to bea case where corporate greed fails in times of austerity as people don't pay up for sky. The only way this could change is by voting with your remote, and listening to radio for a year!
