New wheels

Used the offset calculator and found out the new wheels I am thinking of buying (same size,different offset) move the wheels out 16mm on the outside and 4mm on the inside. Is their any issues with this on an 2010. S3. Cheers Larry

At present I have S3 wheels ( 7.5 x 18. Offset 54) looking to put on 8 x 18 with an offset of 44?
