N75 Valve

hey guys anyone selling a n75 valve for an s3 bam engine. im too tight to give audi money for 1 lol
 
I got a genuine one off eBay for about £40 I think.

It seems to have ironed out my boost spike, meaning i've got more torque later in the rev range. I'll have to get it on a rolling road (again) but it certainly feels smoother to drive now anyway.
 
how would u take payment? u dont live near swansea by anychance? lol
 
no sorry! lol you can send payment via paypal as a gift if you like so no fees to worry about?
 
ill have to see if i can use my brothers pay pal as i had problems with my account!

is there anyone that can fit this? local near Central London?
 
works out exactly same mate, price you see on german auto parts direct doesnt include vat and then theres postage
 
just got valve from audi! will i need to clear old codes before it works or will it sort itself out?
 
I can vouch for GermanAutoPartsDirect.co.uk. 100% genuine, you have a receipt for the part & you're backed by PayPal as you'll be paying for goods and not sending a gift (which is silly as you have no come back).
 
£67 inc vat :( will have it by tomorrow should have used ebay but im to silly to :( anyone know if its an easy job to change the valve over?
 
it's a 5 minute job at most. Just make sure you put it in the right way round!
 
i thought it would only go in 1 way lol ill have a bash at it tomorrow :D

you sure you havnt bought the J version??? i'm sure they retail at around £60/65.....
 
audi upgrades
i think audi have ordered wrong 1! part number on invoice is 078906283a! im sure thats the n249 valve :(
 
what the bloodyhell have those tits ordered for me then? :(
 
bloodyhell well they can take it bk then i just payed like £66 for it. he took my chasse number aswell and i told him i need the n75
 
fair play audi r ****ing stupid. guy at dealers had a right attitude on him aswell. i bet they wont change it for me!

Yeh i paid around £60 for the n75-j which i think is more exspensive than the rest. did you go to AUDI TPS or Audi them selves. If you went directly to audi then try and see if you have a tps (Trade parts specialist) around you which is Audi parts for trade but if you go in personaly they will serve you
 
im looking at invoice now and he put part number down the n75 valve so i hope he has written down wrong number
 
i went direct to audi. as i said i hope he has written the wrong part number down
 
As already mentioned I work for audi in parts and can get this for £40 delivered for you! Just wanting people to get a good price for parts as all of us know they are ****** expensive!

No, I didn't read replies above mine other than OP, but reading what you said prior to me it would be hassle for both of you should the valve be faulty (it does happen from the factory from time to time, I had a broken one from VW direct). In regards to gift, was a reference to the recent shut down of SCN For Sale due to too many people demanding gift payments and running with the money...sad times :(.
