Today I will mainly be willing the price of heating oil to come down as we need to fill our tank for next Winter.
I don't fancy paying 58ppl to fill up our 1800l tank
The tank monitor has been flashing red for the last month, but the price only seems to be going upwards at the moment.

Yes but we aren't really in the country where we are, we are in a village but it is only separated from the outskirts of Fareham and Warsash by about a mile - hence a 7Mb/s ADSL at home.
Just no mains Gas pipe laid and our power and phones are overhead, we have mains sewers, the other place we looked at didn't have mains sewers but did have mains gas (go figure).

Me too, I need to go and buy some shorts at lunchtime.
The landlady at the pub has decided to do cocktails on an outside bar during the summer and guess who got the job... she also told me I had to wear jeans not shorts, I wear shorts to the pub even when it's snowing because it's always boiling in there.
There is a problem with her plan;
1. no ones going to buy cocktails it's not that kind of pub
2. this means I will end up working inside.
3. Inside the pub is always boiling and a nightmare if you wear jeans.
So I'm downgrading a nicer pair of shorts.

No, I'm exactly the same. I took ages considering spending a tenner the other day which made me laugh.
I'm careful with money, apart from when it comes to the car.

Haha this is just like me too.
When I brooke up with my ex I spent loads on clothes as I needed them desperately. I then got interested in my car again and have spends thousands this year on it. Now my car is almost finished I'll be back to saving for a house like mad and might treat myself to some new clothes.

I hate clothes shopping - not spending the money - actually going clothes shopping. I've been know to find a pair of jeans that I like the fit of and then buy three pairs - one in each colour.

Dont drive it hard then. It's called a "tourist lap" so just plonk on your right indicator and plod around the outside of the trak at 60mph taking in the views. It's a great experience and this years trip will be great as we have some ASN massive coming with us.

Yeah that wouldn't happen, I'm too competitive to do that, I could, with all the good intentions in the world go out for a tourist lap, and the second you over took me I'd get the pink mist.
I'd love to have permission for such an outing. But I can't see myself getting to the nurburgring any time soon. If I did youd also all realises how much of a nob I really am
