Morning boys, today I will be playing the part of an invalid. God knows what I've done to my back but I can barely stand to pee, and I can't breathe deeply it's pretty gay
 
Sounds like a trapped nerve or muscle that pal. Prob slept funny or freestylin when you went to that chicks house from work lol. Bit of stetchin off might help to get it loose.

Haha must remember for next time!

Essentially it hurt a bit and felt like it needed cracking so I tried stretching it, and it got much worse I spent the rest of the evening doubled over taking pain killers and sitting on hot water bottles, I think my bro has some morphine type stuff from when he really badly dislocated his shoulder left over so that could help

Morphine rocks. Can sometimes make you barf a fir bit though iir. But well worth it ;)
 
Sat on a train, only 2 hours late for work :) looks like a late finish for me. Little girl woke up about 300 times last night so I slept crap. Think the poor girl has started having bad dreams. :(

Back injuries suck! I've been lucky with mine, but the wife has a dodgy back and it's not good. Hope you get it sorted mate.

Mid week everyone is depressed - well except Scott he is off on a jolly in Plymouth Sound.

Speaking of jailbreaking.... has anybody used jailbreakme.com to do their phone??

And I agree Westy...the pressure is mounting. Pick a famous pop song, google the lyrics and just talk it to the app, job done and the pressure will subside.

I had a crazy dream last night, I went back to my old junior school to help mow the lawn (random). I took the grass catcher bucket, but forgot the mower so was going to go back, but I got distracted. They had an outdoor pool with dolphins and penguins, it was ace!!!! Then I dropped my phone in the pool and was gutted. BOO.
 
I've not used jailbreak me, as previously mentioned i'm on ios5 so it's a no go. I have used the previous jailbreak me, and it was simple as to do it. Just go to the site on your phone, click a button and job done.

I removed the jailbreak on ios5 as it was tethered, which sucks. Plus, being a beta it does occasionally crash, a recipe for disaster!

I'm thinking Ads has been earning a lot from his recent toilet session, he's been gone ages.

I love going up the river really fast. Best thing to do first thing in the morning.

Back pain is a b!tch mate. My ciro guy saids move to the pain but don't push your self to much. if you shy away form it it can make it worse.
I guess this depends on what is wrong with you.
I'd recomend to go and see someone soon as possible and not leave it to late, it will only get worse.

I think I added an extra nought to my salary because I was in a rush. ;)


And here's my throne.... all prepared for a session.
Bog roll in the bowl for anti splashback measures, and bog roll on the seat for anti 'someone else's p*ss on my a*se cheeks' measures.
I'm a bit OCD when it comes to public thrones.
