Mate, it's SUCH a hard decision. If I wanted decent power with the hybrid, I'd have to go JBS04 which is £600 more than the GT28RS, but the spool up time would be better and it's a straight fit with what I have now, and might require less mods. I guess I could go eliminator which has a k03 exhaust side flange...?! Argh, so difficult...
Just renewed my insurance, I'm with Adrian Flux now. Very impressed. Good price, freephone customer service, like for like cover on mods, they work on a bhp basis so only charge for performance upgrades and only the serious mods will increase the premium, typically % increase in power = % increase in premium, but not always.
I have already declared the front mount to them as I said i'll be doing it very soon, it made no difference to the premium at all I'm happy to be the guinea pig mate at least then you won't make any mistakes that I do...
f23 franken turbo is a k04 although they will include a pipe which connects from the k03 dp to the new turbo so can still get the downpipe and a nice bt as the f23 will produce around 320bhp
dane is getting one fitted i have emails from franken about this turbo its 1150 delivered to uk from usa.

i did mine through the phone although i am paying 1700 will breakdown cover and windscreen cover 24 with 1 yr ncb and unlimited millage.

Having got bored of not spending any money on the car, I've just ordered the rear aero wiper bits from Stoke Audi, and the ambient light install stuff, just to make a few subtle changes to the old girl...
Also, just had the ABS light come on, scanned the car and it has come up with :
01435 - Brake Pressure Sensor 1 (G201)
008 - Implausible Signal - Intermittent 00290
ABS Wheel Speed Sensor; Rear Left (G46)
012 - Electrical Fault in Circuit
Anyone had any of these before?

I reckon 2" might be the best option if we want any chance of keeping the fogs, then just bring it up to the size we need when it meets the stock pipework.
