Enabling Bluetooth

Just wondered has anyone enabled bluetooth on the 3G MMI as I believe its already there but needs to be enabled via the hidden menu and Vag Com.

Don't really want to pay £400 + which seems to be the going rate,are there any members in the North of England who could help at a reasonable cost.

On another subject who an earth wants to charge £400!!

Are you going to Castle Coombe weekend after next?? I'll do it for you there.

Castle Coombe is the other end of the planet fo me (280 mile drive each way) so looks out of the question but thanks for the offer.

Prices seem to vary between £300 to £400 from outfits advertising in various Audi Mags, but I have no idea whats seen to be realistic.

its an easy 10minute mod with the right kit i had it done on mine a couple of months ago. Had the same issues as you with everyone wanting £300-£400 but eventually found someone on ebay offering to do diagnostic checks etc and he did it for £35 which i thought was well worth it. He's a mobile man based in hinckley Leics. If this is too far find someone with the kit and i can point you in the right direction for the instructions (Search A5OC for it).

Thanks for that but it would be great to find someone in Durham or North Yorkshire, just have to keep looking.
