great times mate! u looked have nailed the launches on saturday a bit later in the day! beat soo many off the line

Yeah 5k launches gave the best results for sure.

Daves right though, off the line was fine but lots of people came back towards the end, if it was 20m or so longer I'd have lost a lot more.

Bit more aggressive than when I launched with you in the car that time...

Guess I have this thing in the back of my mind that she isn't quick... 4.2 secs 0-60 suggests not but I know she isn't quite finished and not running at her best so I just felt I didn't wanna run...

The VBOX will do the timings for 1/4mile anyhoo so will try it with that...

Did anyone see this car go down the strip at all? I was speaking to one of the guys on the stand, it's suppose to be running around 600bhp? I think it's an R32 or V6 4mo lump with a rather large turbo on it!

I saw it do a run or two and wasn't that impressed... there was a blue (actual) R32 with a turbo that was doing low 12's and high 3's 0-60... much better than this thing managed from what I remember...

He was still tweaking it on Sunday Paul, the engine sits so far forward for the huge turbo and manifold, I would imagine it's online good for sprinting than cornering! Still would have like to know what it's potential could be?

Indeed... on a fairly 'mild' tune they are good for 600bhp... I have heard of one in a 4 motion Bora putting out 800 +... and who can forget that sodding S3 video that seems to get reposted every 6months lol...

I had an issue with the Haldex pump so I could only run FWD on the Saturday which was fairly pointless as it was spinning the wheels in every gear. Its all sorted now though so keep a look out!
