hi guys, here i am asking you again, i didn't buy my S3, but I already have asked you a lot! sorry abut that!

so the car seller is trying to fix a strong vibration that the S3 power train has when it goes over than 100km/h.

According to his mechanic the central drive shaft (sorry if the right name is not that, but i am guessing it is the shaft that connects the fwd to the rwd) bush has to be replaced. So looks like the bush is too wear and on high speed rotation it goes out of balance.

so my questions are:

is it make any sense?

If the first answer is yes, the second question is: Do you have a picture or a part number for this bush?

thank a lot!

No disrespect to his mechanic but it also could be that the wheels are not correctly balanced?

The prop bushes are referred to as doughnuts.

Front doughnut is 1J0521127A, rear doughnut is 1J0521307C

No disrespect to his mechanic but it also could be that the wheels are not correctly balanced?

this was already check and done, so i guess it may not be the root case!

after a search the mechanic is saying the part number is: 02M409273

what are your thoughts?

thank you guys!
