Well, I have never seen these specific wheels on here before and I had the hardest time to find pics of them on anything but a bimmer...

Just got my new set for the summer, Miro Type111 with Hankook Ventus R-S3 tires. The wheels are 18/8.5", et45 and the tires are 225/40 18s

BBS Speedlines 9x19 ones. The style works well with A3s.

TSW Holstens yeah. A mate got these wheels in 20" on a Passat 3BG. Looks great!

I guess Holstens are "based" on a OEM Audi wheel called Gullideckel (A8):

I love Audi Monoblocks. Shame they don't come a little wider. (8x18 - I have a set of 7.5x16s for my 9N as it happens).

Gullideckel is german for manhole cover, it's a nick name

i think there 18+ there was 2 sets on ebay not long ago, keep having a look i guess, not sure if they still make them brand new, tsw holsten
