FINALLY, after looking for so long, I have my A3.........Awesome Spec!

Well I got the call today..............................................My car is ready!! :yahoo:

Will be picking it up tomorrow, taking a half day at work tomorrow!
 
i can almost feel your excitement, what a motor you found though, I had mixed feelings about this duo-leather but it has just begun to grow on me. Sweet ride nonetheless bro
 
Litteraly only just made it to the show room in time.....4.59pm so got the finance sorted and off I went!

Fair play to my dad for getting me there on time and not loosing his rag when he got a big stone chip in his windscreen from a lorry!? :(

I dont even know where to start.....I've just got this stupid big grin on my face :D The car is perfect, drives amazing, handles amazing and looks the mutts nuts! ha Huge jump from my 1.2 corsa and can clearly tell the difference.

So today I gave the car a good clean and then it decided to rain!! :banghead: But I still took a few pics anyway.

So far the MY11 rear lights have been fitted with silvertech indicator bulbs (Thanks to Nigel for supplying them and Jules for help fitting) and debadged rear

i was looking at this car, jct25 or something was the dealer wasnt it? rang him, was going to make a trip up to see it so rang him back a day or so later but you'd already slapped a deposit down you ****** lol. Nice motor mate, MY11s were my 1st mod to my brilliant black 8P too :)

Thanks Pailie, they do make a huge diference. I'll get some pics up form Inters and then some next week once all my bits are fitted

They wont be on until next week mate, when my sis is back from marbs.....they're in her car!

MY11 FTW

Seats are nice aren't they? I've heard theres a 3.2 knocking about with similar interior ; )

I'm still considering the remap on Sunday, need to have a chat with them at Shark and find out more info
 
Just a quick update.....

Had an awesome day at Inters yesterday, some stunning cars there!

While I was there I decided to take advantage of the discounts that were on offer and got my car remapped bu Shark Performance to 180bhp!

I'm chuffed to bits with it, obviously much better mpg when sensible driving and when I wana have some fun :eyebrows: I've got so much more power and it pulls like mad in all gears! Big thanks to Ben at Shark Performance for writing the map, deffo recommend them.

Oh and I got a free shark

Not just yet mate, got all my S3 parts on thursday, don't think I'll fit the S3 gear stick.

Also got my self some megs clay and hd wax as well a few other bits.

I'll be getting the S3 parts and a few extra bits fitted next week too
