My Ibis white S3 transformation

your car was looking awesome at early edition matt got a few picys of your car i think they are on facebook

TBH matt, the wheels dont do the car any favours, it ruins the whole black theme you have going on, too busy, to much white on the wheels IMHO, looked much better with darker wheels.

You know my thoughts on rest of car anyway.

Didn't watch the vids earlier, but that's some nice editing work and decent camera work there for sure. I like the 'Only Air' one... This site needs more high quality vids like that IMHO with all the sweet rides on here you guys need to chip in and do a bang tidy vid

Love the car, some good details mate. The tailgate is epic. Timmy teased me with pictures along the way, made me want a private plate just to do this!

Only thing I dislike is the front grill, looks abit chavvy to me, oh and the 2008 wheels! Other than that, looks lovely mate. x

Thanks for the comments, first time i have heard the word chavvy for the grill, well I love it and thats all that matters I suppose. and the 2008 wheels still look well in 2011

Yeah I had a few tagged thanks, I let my gf's brother take it to early edition, so credit goes to him for cleaning it up.

looking good Matt, cant wait to see what Brooksy has done

Cheers mate, Brooksies work is top notch, cant wait for the results

Alright lad, your cars looking brilliant! where abouts did you get the shortened plates from?

The front plate I cut down myself with a tile cutter, the rear i had made up at a local sign shop. There are a few places on the web that will make them up to your spec

Cheers for the comments mate, ive still got the black wheels to put on every now and then.

Brooksie does some top quality work, take a look at some of his drifting vids. Jules RS is one awesome motor. and like you say would be good to get some more high quality vids on the site

Hey Matt, would u have the part number for the gloss black B pillars?

Also is there any difference with the later tailgate you fitted other than the reduced recess?

Looks good Matt. How easy is it to remove the plastic seat belt guides in the seats. I have wanted to do this for a while but not sure how to get the plastic out/off to paint them . Any advice welcome. Cheers.

The guides are just clipped in. mine were removed when the seats were stripped. i then had them sprayed

by now you may have guessed I have fitted air ride and joined the PVC AIR DIVISION

Thanks to a few people along the way, Jules for letting me pinch installation ideas from his two air rides audis, Andy for supplying the struts and his other knowledge along the way, Bally and Phil for installation help, and finally a big thanks to Steady for help throughout the installation - we did have a few non productive nights  but then others when there was no phone signal so we got cracked on. Voodoo and UCC for supplying management kit. Oh and thanks to anyone ive missed off.

Still need to finish fitting the autolevelling sensors etc and finish the boot install but at least its getting there and i can drive the car and use manual adjustment

I know air ride is not everyones cup of tea but for me I did it for all the right reasons, I can run the car low when I have the Bentley show wheels on and easily drop it at shows. On the other hand I can raise the car and drive around without it catching and still run my BBS rims. all this at the push of a button

DC11 was its first show, a few blackberry pics

That looks mega awesome

Think this has to be my favourite audi A3 at the moment.

Cracking motor buddy! You've spent a few shifts getting it too that level!!! Best one I've seen

Is the Rs6 grille a straight fit? Jesus christ it looks amazing! Well done, cracking progress!!

awesome matt, as said on Vagoc... I like it most slammed on the BBS :hubbahubba:

+1, the bentleys just look horrid tbh on that car, the dark wheels suit it so much better, white wheels & those type for me ruin the look you strived to achieve initially & passed with flying colours.

hate to say it but i agree, i do really like the bentley wheels but would prefer them black. I know White/Black wheels is well "played" out. But there is a reason for it, It looks ****** AWESOME!!!! and so are CH's

Matt's CK's were awesome, really looked great

LOL, tbh there are some bentley wheels I do like, just not those ones on that car in that colour, theme is kinda messy.

I think he should put some RS6 5 spokes on :undwech:

thanks for the comments, afraid its not a straight fit, a lot of cutting etc is needed to get it to fit.

cheers, it does roll on the BBS in between shows, so all is not lost

I did try the wheels with black centres and white lips but the lips would not have survived the stone chips and would have looked a mess after a week.

Yeah like you'll ever finish that house, you got it too good at home lmfao

Yeah so so, little one is nearly walking, pita some days, mostly great though lol.

You see, those pics just made your car huge percentage better, do this just to humour me, stick 2 photos side by side, 1 with the white wheels, other with the black as above, the black centers even if I dont like the wheels, look unbelievably better, so much & it suits the whole cars theme, to much white is clouding what you're actually trying to achieve IMHO.

matt you are a dedicated guy!

can i see cut tyres there so you can get an idea of what it will look like without actually fitting a tyre?

i like the Bentleys and the white on white, i just prefer the White on black.. And the CH's lol!

But ill say it again, it looks ****** awesome bagged.. Something i would genuinely love to do, but dont think i ever will...
