Well to be honest, I got some Wednesday night if you can believe it! I'm shooting (literally) for twice in a week. For a wife who wants to spew 99% of the day it's a tall order, but hopefully she's up for the challenge.

I am a student :)

You doing something to do with IT or analysis or somthing else that Matlab is used for?
I was to say Methlab. lol
 
I work for Ross Aldridge Solictors LLP in Cheltenham, and I am the sole desktop and server support for 210 employees.

Nice idea for the bucket, i'll suggest it. Will save her having to wash the bed sheets, ha!

As for PhD topic, i'm an electronic engineer so use Matlab for analysis, yes. I use it a lot, but only for simple graph plotting etc as it's just so quick to read in and process data compared to excel.

I like them jobs where your part of a small IT team.

I used to support two City-Link branches covering every BS, BA and SN postcode.
Great job.
 
Work in my own business - we install, train and remote support a Legal Accounts Package, I'm also the in-house techy so responsible for anything that runs on electricity (battery or mains).

Working at home today, need to checkout an odd VOIP routing issue, that sometimes effects our home workers.

Expecting lots of rain today down here, patchy rain tomorrow.

Sunday off down to Plymouth to tidy up my Wife's dead uncles house for Estate Agent visits, early start and a long day gardening (my pet hate). Well at least we get to stay in a reasonable hotel as expenses are down to the estate.

Serco I guess you dont do defense stuff cus that would be suuuwwweeett.

I manage blocks of flats and the maintenance of c.100 flats in London.

I all ways find the clear out bit interesting but never the garden cleaning.
Its not in plymton this place is it?
Guy in work is having to sort out a family house due to a death as well.

Defense is cool. If you like that sort of things.
Some of the bits I get to play with, hear and see is cool.
If you get the option to do it even for a short period of time I would recommend it.

I think Welly would be the exception to the rule however. Apparently mrs welly is a nympho and he'll happily oblige her twice nightly and ever so rightly.

Yeah I think not getting something makes you want it more which is probably the same reason we end up with those women!

My record is 6 times in one night, I needed a day of solid sleep to recover :lazy:

Yeah I could never be bothered to do that many solo.

It's lashing it down here at the mo but I wont be leaving work till 6 so hopefully it's calmed down by then.
