GTI International 2011 25th+26th June. OFFICIAL THREAD

On the guest list I have now indicated who I have sent passes out too (there are two people who I have sent them too but I cant remember your forum name sorry)
If you want passes sent out then your SAE need to arrive by Monday 20th June as i am at the mercy of Royal Fail and i want to make sure people get them etc. If not, ill just see you there and you can have your passes in person :)
I am there both days and there are other mods there on each day so you will be okay. I will send a PM to you all with a contact number on the friday, this is for ASN/GTI shiz only no sex talk or otherwise :p

I don't mind chucking my a3 at the back, nothing special at the moment :p I'm staying at the travelodge nearby, anyone else staying there?
 
When sending me SAE please make sure there is adequate postage on there as I have just had to pay £1.12 for a SAE from Devon as the envelope was too big and royal fail charged a quid handling fee for a 12p undercharge! Idiots!

what are these passes? I have a few questions. Im gonna pay on the day, where do i go? Is everyone all together or is there a special stand for the super pro cars? and all the lesser ones at the back? Are the cars in the field or on a stand and then people drive to camping at night? im confused as to what is actually happening.

Hello Dave :)

Passes are so you can come one the stand and not have to park in the pesents carpark, it means your car will be on show for everyone at inters to see.
You got to the gate and tell the Marshall you are with ASN and he will point you in the direction of us. There will be plenty of people around to help. The "stand" is a designated bit of grass taped off with a a4 bit of paper saying "Audi-sport.net" on it (fancy huh lol).
There is no such thing as super pro and lesser cars. We are all there because we enjoy drooling over other people's efforts so we will be arranged in a first come first served basis, the only exception is that the people who are going on the strip, WILL be at the front so they don't get trapped in like last year.
If you are camping, you will be in a field then you will drive up to the designated bit of grass lol.
Oh there will also be a BBQ if you want to bring food I'll bring tea coffee etc if u want to bring a cup

ah ok cool the classy A4 sheet style stand :laugh:. ill bring some burgers or something then. how much food are peeps taking?

So i just turn up and say im with ASN and hell let me go there. How much is it to go on the stand over normal price? sorry for the questions never been to inters before.

well ladys and gents the weather is looking good for the weekend sunday esp dont forget to bring your suncream like i found out at audi's in the park last year blazing sunshine + no suncream = burnt face/arms = pain lol

Yipee! Day off tomorrow to sort the car for the weekend. Interior & engine bay is all cleaned up & ready so tomorrow will be spent on the exterior. Just hoping it's going to be dry for the weekend. Whatever happens I'm looing forward to a good day.
 
im thinking sunday as more people seem to be going on sunday. from here at least anyway
 
Me and Wifey will be there all day sunday and maybe even late saturday.....please wave at us....it makes us feel loved..lol
 
Annie says if I am good I will be allowed to bring my crayons too!

I've promised not to eat them though, last time i did it left pretty colours on the windows!
 
darren sorry dude i would have given you a lend of my garage but ive still not finished yet lol

last coats of protection going on friday, i would have pulled it out but id have to wash it then as dust will settle on the car and i dont think wolfs nano body wrap would take kindly to that lol

we are leaving at 4am saturday as we are prepping the polo for show and shine so ill be parked up on my own with a couple of hours as we are getting there for 7am. see you all on the weekend peeps!!!!!!!!!!!!!
