I must admit I've noticed that over the last few months. And even when it is, it's the same old crap that people could have found if they simply searched.

Me too dude, again I don't have a figure in mind but it would be nice to be up there as your's was, the unknown is the frakenturbo at this point, so we'll have to see how it goes. I would love to try a SEM just to see what happens, but the chance would be a fine thing.

I've answered so many B5 TIP q's in the past months I started doing an Induction Kit thread, but I figured people would still end up asking the same old questions over.

Yeah, I'm interested to see what the USA Hybrid will do - it should be somewhere handy as lets be fair it's pretty much the same spec at the end of the day. Same comp wheel isn't it, 2283?

Anyway, just tell work that too much masturbating has made you blind. Works everytime.

Lol, it's a different comp wheel I think, it's got a plate on the back of the blades or something like the new k04's on the 8p s3's

First post of the day in the pub goes to me! What's everyone up to today? I went to bed at 9.30 last night, first time i've done that in AGES! I felt fresh this morning, even though I get up at 6. I may have to do this more often.
 
Wahoo, a fellow commuter! I'm too tight to pay for the bus and the wife uses the car so I cycle every day. I am lucky though that going is 3 miles downhill, so it's easy first thing in the morning :)

I've worked out i'm saving about £5 in fuel a day for cycling. It's only 3.5 miles for me but in the car I just sit in traffic, on the bike I get a beautiful scenic ride down the river.
 
Yeah, mine is only a 3 mile commute, to the train station. It saves me about £50 a month I reckon over getting the bus down to town, I get fit, and don't have to sit next to people who smell of wee on the bus. Result

You ride a road bike, or mtb?

Mountain Bike and I use shimano SPD pedals, which are a challenge! What about you?

I prefer my mtb, but this gets me to work and back much faster and is less desirable to little toe-rags. SPD's are brilliant! I hate cycling without them now. But yes, i had the comedy fall in town centre of all places. I've got my flats on in that picture as i'd just built the bike from scratch and didn't fancy being clipped in if my wheel fell off. I put the spd's on the next day.

I refuse to spend silly money on bikes too. When i'm a millionaire I might, but for now I spend a few hundred only.
 
Cheers mate! I had a really crappy road bike which I bought from my mate when I moved house and decided to cycle to the station. I decided to fit the flat bars first though, as I really don't get along well with drop bars. That lasted one winter and then started to fall apart. I wanted a new frame as it was poo, so bought that from eBay and then bought all the bits. I wanted to learn how to build a bike too, which was great fun. It came out rather expensive though, ha! I had planned about £200 for it, but in the end it was £400ish. It rides really nice though, and gear changes are sweet! I was pleasantly impressed with myself for indexing the gears so well, usually it's like black magic getting it right.

Giant's are nice bikes indeed! I have a GT mountain bike, in fact i'll post a pic:

(that was the day after I got it). It has a new chainset, seatpost, grips and scratches now :)

However, i've just bought this instead...

It's for my birthday this year though, so not allowed it for a while, the mrs is being strict. It's a carbon 456 frame, I can't wait to ride it!
 
That's exactly my problem with bikes! Any money I save is spent directly on bikes. Luckily the wife is ok with it generally though. Get a pic of your bike up! I think Axios cycles too, i'm sure there are others.

I'll get a pic later but it's a bit of a shed. I dont clean it and it's had a few scrapes. Bought it from a mate at work for £150.
 
I still wanna see a pic, it's always good seeing a bike. Have you ever tried a skinny tire road bike? They're odd, but a lot of fun, and so fast.

Nah only ever ridden mountain bikes. I need a MB for the toe path down the river as it's a bit rough. Got armadillo tyres and still got a puncture in the first week of cycling to work!
 
I've been so lucky with cycling to work. Done it for almost a year now, and only puncture I had was a slow one just last week. My tyres were old and had worn through on the side wall (i think the brake pad was also rubbing it a little). I decided to take the mtb next day and order some new tyres. When i woke in the morning the road bike was flat as a fart. I was rather lucky that it had happened at home.

The amount of glass in the cycle lanes is shocking though. They glisten like diamonds at night :(
 
Went doctors yesterday after work to talk about me not sleeping. He basically perscribed me some prozac...:wtf:

I declined the offer, don't wanna be on no fecking pills :laugh:

I'll make a progress thread for my bike if ya want? :lmfao:

I started my new project last night, creating a table using my old S3 APY crank.

I got the idea from seeing a table on ebay which had been made from one and it look sooo cool.

I thought it would be a nice way to remember the S3 when she goes...

I may start a thread.... :think:

Bi strange mate. I'm on anti depressants and have been since October but they stopped me from sleeping for about 3 months till my body got used to them. The thing is with depression is it can either stop you from sleeping or make you want to sleep all the time.
