I'm sure one of the guys here used to work for HP many many years ago but I remember who it was. Why were you interested?

I work for Babcock at the moment and due to contracts with in the Navy HP is taking over the IT support and the 8 people with in our office are being TUPE over to HP.
After some insider information about what the company is like to work for or any thing else that might be usefull.

All quiet on the IT front here too. As per usual I'm looking at car bits to waz my money on!

Much the same here. I'm waiting for my new Poly Bushes to arrive for my subframe.

Just fixed a BES Error. Fecking Kerberos is a royal PITA. I wouldn't issue my BES Server an authentication ticket because two of the servers on the LAN had a clock skew greater than 5 mins.

The two servers that were the problem literally have nothing to do with BES.

We have a BES server, and various others, including the DC. The only ones that should matter are the BES box and the DC.

Mate I work with Novell Netware servers and they completely throw a barney if they go out of sync, I know how it feels.

I'm going to buy all my FMIC bits this week then fit it next week ready to head to Bills on the 1st ;)

I'm here and I dont think i can have that friday off :(

Well for a change I've been fairly busy this morning - had a couple of system down issues. One looks like the IT support that supports the servers may have been fiddling in SQL with our internal SQL user. Took a bit to find that one - sorted now though.

Surely Welly your server should all be synced to a master clock - I know all mine are here.

Yes, they should be indeed. NTP should keep the time running on all the machines including the other servers the same as the DC but that clearly isn't the case.

I didn't set these up so I will have to investigate that.

I'm selling my other XS Power Manifold on ebay currently. Fed up of having them kicking about so time to get rid. Will have to pop up to Bill's and grab it this evening.

This is similar to Bill when it comes time to pay up.....

OK, not really. I'm telling porkies....

Oh that's a shame mate because I'm going to become the most powerful K04 on Bill's rollers, wouldn't want you to miss that :p

Gay off! I wasn't even trying! And I've already been knocked off my top spot.

215g/s, I logged 207 last week on my Autobahn TIP. Only need to find 8g/s from the B5 TIP and i'm laughing :sly:

See edit above.

Also bear in mind that G/S don't always translate to BHP output. This is something I have learnt....

Don't get too hung up on the airfow, it's what it does with it that counts.

Every motor is different.

Well hopefully with the FMIC and stage 2 map it'll be quite a good figure...... better than last time anyway!!!

That is the attitude to go with, 100%.

See the gains, and be happy with the gains.

Anything else is a bonus.

Besides, Dane won't care now, he has migrated over to the darker side..... Mwwhahahahaha.

I have too been tempted by the dark side but have managed to fight it off. It wasn't easy I must say.

Yeah, the dark side keeps pulling on my short and curlies.

Considering migrating to a TD05H 20G turbo now instead of the PE1820...

Only thinking at this stage. Still, on the plus side, it will be a direct swap.... Top mount ROCKS!

It was absolutely chuffing freezing that day, I remember it well, I easily gained 8 g/s so I've got my fingers crossed for you dude, stage 2 mods should really help keep power through the revs.

Yeah im in big port head, american turbo darkside heaven/at least flapping my way up to, I'd quite like a spot on Bill's top ten though :) :ninja:

I hope you get there mate, all the hard work will pay off I'm sure. I plan to retain my spot in the top ten, most likely by investing in the inlet manifold I desperately need.
