Any one going to film your face during the process?
Is that just wrong? lol

Yes so wrong, it will probably my eyes closed and teeth firmly gritted together!

But obviously i will take it all brave like a big boy!

Good stuff, she has seen sense then!!

(Did you beat her??)

I walked in the door looking much like this....

.....And she backed down pretty fast....

LOL, beemers are probably the best. Well, that and Civic Type Rs.

The people who drive them genuinely think they are fast.

I has a new Scooby STI up my chuff the other day, so I waved at him out of the windows and went. They're not bad to be fair at 304-305 BHP, but he was toodles....

I'm booked in to see Bill on the 1st of July to go revo stage 2 and to sort out my boost as the new turbo is boosting to 25psi!! I'm not runing 6psi out of choice, it's out of safety ;)

Not just going to wind down the load scaling?

EDIT: I respect your decision though, good shout. Short term loss, long term gain.

Im running 16psi to be on the safe side (225g/s - being on the safe side has never felt so good!)

On a plus note, a friend of mine had 4 lads, then when youngest was 8 his wife got pregnant...total unplanned shock. They had a little girl, and absolutely love it now.

Well i am definitly not having anymore, i have 2 boys and thats that.

Agreed, lower boost for the win with the hybrid as I found out. 22 PSI is the money shot, accompanied witht the WMI, it just works.

I don't know what to do about my MAF really. That problem of it hitting it's voltage limit at 280.33 g/s is annoying, and that's with about 800 RPM to go. Might try another MAF - mine is OLD.

Lol it boosted to 28 psi and we called it quits, it was just doing what it wanted to so... mbc and lower boost and it's still faster!

I think Bill's got some Maf's on the shelf dudeson...

I know a few mates that have gone through that op.

The main comment that I remember is that "they" sit down well before you do for about a week afterwards

I've not had any yet.
Me and misses keep talking about having kids but we refuse to have any kids untill we are in our own home and she wants kids before she's 30 or not at all.
I really want a self build.
so we got about 6 years before she's 30.

Plenty of time yet then, better get some money for the self build. Have you got any plans on that yet? Or just saving still? Do you have any ideas on what you want,i have a feeling you have made mant plans and done some drawings too!!

I really want to have a ride in your car! It sounds immense mate.

And glad you and the nympho are all back good! I was saddened thinking it was all over for you :(

Still saving but its slow going.
We got some ideas in my head but not paper. Need to get the plans sorted out but in no rush to do them yet. got about a year or so of saving to do yet.
Unless her Auntie passes away then we'll have the cash to do it out right. lol

That always helps!

We got a nice few quid from the wifes gran a few years back, managed to get a nice kitchen, nice new drive and pay a little off the mortrgage.
Then about a year later we sold the house!

It's bad isn't it, waiting for family to die! ha. We've got no chance of money anytime soon. Still, if by chance we've finished paying mortgage before it happens we'll be quids in and blow it all on silly cars, hookers and lawn mowers.

Silly cars and hookers, now that sounds appealing! A fair few years before my mortgage is paid off though :(

So in the meantime i shall stick with the wife and a car that doesnt excite me.

Hookers and lawn mowers?
Not hookie lawn mowers?

its bad if you are waiting, we are erm....expecting it?
she's 90 this month and a little batty, still great laugh at time but starting to dread going over there cause she tells the same 4 stories about 3 times every time we go over.
She's the eldest family member on the misses side, after she goes there is only 4 left. :(
I kind of wish my family that small, not for the money side of things but ours is to big, its stupid. lol
My great nan past away last year and over 90 family members went to her funeral, all blood related as well.

Why did you sell the house after having all that work done?
Thats one reason why I want a self build. I want to live there for ever, I hate spending money on something and not enjoying it.
Thats why I keep cars till they die.

is it both your wife and car that dont excite you or just the car??? :)

Well we didnt really have any intentions of selling it,it was a good size 3 bed semi. But the recession happened and 4 beds were looking appealing as prices were dropping. And as we had been in ours for 8 years we had doubled our money on it,so thought if ever there was a time then that was it.
We got a reposessed 4 bed detatched with garage,en suite, downstairs toilet, all the luxuries we didnt have, and the bedrooms were very good size so my youngest lad could have a much bigger bedroom, and we have a spare room with double bed in for guests!

Now we are not going to be moving again till we are old!

Thats the sort of house i'd like to live in but with a mssive garden and huge garage with ramps and a bar. :)
Don't blame you for moving at all. A nice upgrade.

And i love a quarter of my garden as the conservatory is 16ft long!

But we have enough space for us,patio is an ok size, and we have a fenced off grass/bark chip area where the kids have a swing slide and a 8ft trampoline, and a play house.

sounds good man.

You ever thought about putting the swing slide and trampoline together to make some form of adventure park play thing?
From the swing to the trampoline to the slide and in to the the play house?

Just found this place (I was looking at houses to rent first.)
4 bedroom barn conversion for sale in Delabole, PL33, PL33

Must stop looking at houses. lol

That is very nice, and i love the kitchen. Thats the biggest downside to ours, kitchen is pathetic!

And lots of land behind so i could take the dog for a walk, and play footy with the kids. And would also like to live much closer to the sea.

I love living next to the sea, the smell, the noise and every thing else about it.
I like living in the country away from all the people, cars and socity as hole really.
We got the best of both worlds where are at the moment, the house is **** but its right at the end of a lane in a nature reserve, the back garden backs on to the fields which then over looks the river and sea. Its so quiet all you hear is birds singing.

I went canoeing up one of the rivers couple of months back and there was a couple of old houses on the water edge with huge garden and their own boat moring at the back.
I want that, nothing around just you, the boat and water. love it. :)

We got two dogs who love playing in the water and running in the field.
I want to have land with water or at least a swimming pool for the dogs.

Location sounds about perfect, i would love that.

I couldnt be much further from the sea :(

+1 for out in the country, anywhere in Cheltenham that I could potentially afford and I wouldn't have any wheels in the morning.

Same, out in the country for me. The new pad is in a nice village, quiet, but with the benefit of a Tescos, Sainsburys, Iceland, LIDL, Public Swimming pool and a Shell petrol station within a 2.5 miles radius.

Ideal, benefit of it being quiet, bonus of it being close to town.

I'd like to move away from Hertfordshire as it's very expensive. 2 bed flats are around £200K round here! I might look to Cambridgeshire as my mate and his mrs got a 5 bed detached house with garage, jacuzzi, big garden for £275K!!!!

I'm out in the country too here, village in the middle of the suburbia that is the spread between Southampton and Portsmouth, but with fields all round our village. Plus it is a conservation zone with grade two listed cottages on the main street in the village, but with all the conveenience of superstores etc a couple of miles away and a 10 minute walk to Southampton water.

10 minute brisk cycle to work too in the good weather, unless I'm going on-site which means the car comes out.
