Where I'm based for work I live in a mill a few floors up the mrs looks out the window this morning across the carpark and says "that white Q7 is nice..."

"...er babe that's my car" man did i feel depressed lol I need to get the f*cker on air now

You also know you need to lower your car when you've just fitted coilovers and the lads ask why you've raised it?!?!
I best get the collars wound down :)

Dude! I had eibach coil overs fitted to my TT by a company called Ashford motorsport in Kent, and when I got there to check, the height was higher than standard shocks!! I had a quick look and the "Eibach" written on the rear springs was upside down (which I pointed out).. the owner laughed and started taking the **** out of me, saying "stick to your day job" you know nothing about tuning.. In the end I took it to the TTshop in Milton Keynes to have some other mods, and to check it over cos I just weren't happy with Ashford motorsports' work.
Turns out they HAD put the rear springs on upside down (amongst other things) the fooking muppets! If you live in this area, stay clear of these idiots..

And I too am gonna have to lower me baby, my mate has been referring to it as "the q5" for the last few weeks lol.. No quite as high as a q7 tho I spose?

Just spoke to this company as we have a branch near them and were thinking of using them , they say they havent fitted ebiach springs to a TT and havent used ebiachs in a few years ???

What:gun2:!! The main bloke is called "H".. And they are full of sh1t then.. They cost me loads to put their bodges right, let alone the other mates of mine that got ripped off, parts went missing from their cars and other shoddy workmanship issues. Not mentioning the 3 insurance fires they have had.. Just shows how much of a bunch of smalltime lying cowboys they are:aggressive:
 
And also it was full coil overs not springs.... What company do you work for that you would consider using such a poxy little outfit like Ashford motorsport.
 
And they broke my headlight level thingies at the back, fitted my milltek wonky, I had two boost leaks from the crap job they did of my fmic and I caught the guy caning my pride and joy round the roundabouts on the local bypass.. When the TTshop got my car on the ramps I think they just felt sorry for me! Ended up with all the mechanics stood under my car pointing at stuff and shaking their heads!

You know you need to lower when N8 posts hubble pictures of the Earth from space after you posted pics of the arch gap on your car :lmfao:
 
Lol nah no money is being spent on the a3 anymore saving for the TT next year, thats gonna be on bags and bentleys :wub:

i didn't even think mine was that bad I parked next to a standard a3 not an s-line yesterday and that looked like a monster truck in comparison.

Yeah ive seen that, 20" Q7 alloys Diamond cut?? yeh?

Im thinking gun metal TT with black styling pack etc with black bentley splits, polished rims etc stealth without being black if you know what i mean
 
Not a fan of the bronze alloys. I like the TT in ibis but my mom has a roadster and you cant have the same motor as your mom! lol epic fail lol

That 1st TT is absolutely spot on... Amazing what a drop and some 20's can do for a motor.... On another note what's with the TT stock of pics N8 your not thinking of becoing a hairdresser now are ya? Too much work done on ur SB to get rid anytime soon no??
 
The first and last TT s look the best... Not too keen on the bronze rims tho...:think:
 
Sparki you've made my mind up mate, it's time we left the Audi q owners club... I'm gonna order some h&r springs tomorrow (may get the arb's too) only thing is I think I can't go as low as a FWD with mine being a quattro? That right?

haha give him some n8 love im sure he'll get his act together im slowly going off reps now dont faint n8 i did say im going off reps lol , i want to get some oem audi wheels but when money allows of course was looking on fleebay earlyer on there are some nice wheels out there , i do love the tt-s 19's tho the twin 5 spoke ones
