Auto lights on F/L S3 can anyone help

As some of you may know, im halfway through sourcing parts to retrofit the above.... currently Im trying to source the light switch with the 'auto button' for the coming home lights. Having spoken to Audi there appears to be about 10 different options regards this, I have tried searching Audi 'used' to find a reg number with the appropriate switch but it appears the later 2010 cars onwards dont have this auto button anymore, can anyone confirm?

The only car ive seen was a 58 plate facelift with this button....

What year is the car and do you want a DRL switch as a part of the headlight?
I just got a headlight switch from a fellow member and it had the auto lights and coming home but no drl buttons... i believe there is a headlight switch that has auto on the dial, a seperate coming home button and where the manual headlight leveller would be next the brightness adjuster there is a DRL switch

yeah its needs to be facelift mate with the DRL switch.....

The 58 plate i saw was a facelift too with DRL's....... head scratcher this one

Only thing thats throwing me is that most 2010/11 cars ive checked with auto lights dont seem to have the coming home button?

i don't have light and rain sensor, but i have DRL and i had CH/LH activated with vagcom. i'll post pic soon as i get my car back

ah right!! course, the later ECU's have more on DIS, hmmm suppose Elsa will tell me what light switch i need with the controllers i have?

theres definitely a button on certain cars with the rain/lights...... ive seen it, and as said, that was a facelifted 58 plate

I've all the above.

My switch from left to right has

Off

Auto (LED DRL's on all the time unless light is low enough to activate main headlights)

Side lights (LED DRL's on all the time only, even at night)

Main (Headlights on and LED DRL's but they are less bright on this option due to headlights being on)

Underneath is the button to turn coming home lights on and off when locking/unlocking the car.

what years your S3 Jam? sounds like this is the updated version of the one with the button.....

Nope!

My pre facelift 8P S3 (56 plate) had this but I was under the assumption they don't have this switch anymore on the facelift versions??

Yep that's the one!

You can only change the length of time they come on for via the DIS, not to turn them on or off as that's what the button is for.

The DRL is def the one for a car without auto lights combined with the light/rain sensor pack. My dads 10 plate has this switch and he doesn't have those options.
