french car show was awesome. if this is anything like that itll be a good day out.

Yes you are right indeed it is the same day as FCS at the same site as we run both shows - so basically for the entry fee you are getting 2 shows :D

Bargain?

just clicked on the 1st link it says the event has been cancelled ;(

found this on a website why the show was cancelled and i used to be part of the 106 owners screw them lol

Well that was brief, unfortunately the contingent of French Car Show supporters were really unhappy with a German Car Show sharing the grounds at Rockingham on the 5th June, see NO to GCS (German Car Show ) at FCS 2011 – Wall | Facebook Sorry! Maybe next year!

I don't blame them to be honest,it would be like Man Utd sharing a stadium with Nuneaton Borough

i was looking forward to this if thats some of there attitudes then if it is on next year then im not going to bother going the roads will be blocked up with broken down french crap with there over heating engines and dodgy electric's lmfao

lol its is true what voorhees said about the man utd vs thing but what about gti international when i was part of the 106 owners loads of them were going down there aint that a vag thing so shouldnt they be not be allowed to that if we carnt go GCS.

my 106 never over heated or died of electrics went through alot of driveshafts and suspension bits think they were made of chocolate so they wouldnt breakdown on way there just all over the strip ow yeh and the gaskets think they would have stuck better with paper clips.

on my 306 my electrics used to mess up all the time. Airbag, door loom, lights the lot. Also went through 2 drivers side driveshafts and 2 alternators. Apart from that it werent too bad though tbf. French car show was always massively busy anyway so i dont see how everyone would fit in. Was always a good day though and the entertainment was always quality stuff too. Ill be goin in my mates clio 197 this year most likely

My brother had brand new Pugs as he got them on a cheap lease deal as the factory was here,he had a 209 which would just lose power for no reason, the garage was clueless and kept replacing the car,his 307 needed brake discs replacing after 12 weeks and after 8 months had 10 visits to the garage ! one of them was when you opened the passenger door a few miles when on the clock :sadlike:
not the best

german cars ftw :), am mate of mine used to have a renualt he was fed up of replacing things all the time so he bought a bmw job done lol

the reason why i bought the a3 french keeps breaking what ever you try on them had rose jointed droplinks full polly bushed all round bilistein b8 suspension eibach pro springs rebuilt engine race spec head no matter what you do to them they will break. my audi a3 boot it round nice twisty roads do what ever you want to it it will just laugh at you and say is that all you got its like a raver on speed just wont stop going
