From my experience, he seems very reluctent to give out the part numbers only prices.

lol... yeah I asked for the a part number after he gave me the price of the part, and he totally blanked me.
It's an Audi part's thing I think cos the dealers won't give out part no's either. They're either not allowed to or don't like to do it, cos then we all run off and buy the part from somewhere else for cheaper instead.
cheers dude, ive also pmed stoke audi also, so ill probs get it new, anything like this from ebay is usually always battered. or has clips broken! lol cheers all.
