My A3 Sportback 170 Quattro

Started the prep work for next weekend Early Edition.

Washed using the two bucket method followed by a going over with Poorboys Black Hole :)

I'll be lowering it a bit more this saturday ready for Early Edition on the Sunday :)

New front spacers arrived today :) just pushing it out another 2mm at the front

Two coats of black hole followed by a coat of megs show glaze with a top coat of dodo Juice purple haze :)

Just out of curiosity, so if u can hear whistling it means air is leaking out? bcos i can hear a whistling sound and it does seem like the car is lacking a bit of power.

The standard Audi pipes arent the best fit hence you get oil leaking from them and the whistling sound :)

The forge pipes have solved that issue for me ;)

Next up for me is brakes and some more interior parts then I think I'm going to save for air ride ;)
 
Nah it's not Nath thats converted me its driving down to Cornwall in a fully loaded car lowered all the way down and yes it does rub every time you corner to hard or have to go over bumps lol

so thats why im going to start saving for air ;)

Ok little update on mine :)

Spent last saturday afternoon having a photo shoot my mate Mark and his Passat and with Miles a talented photographer who's building up a car portfolio for his business.

I really need some S5 seats :( lol... Nice pics, I like your mates car... How come bith you & lukes rear wheels look bigger as in an extra inch bigger than the front?
 
think its just a visual illusion mine are pushed out 3mm more than Lukes as im on 13mm spacers but the wheels are the same all round :)
