Hi all, got the A3 remapped this afternoon by angel tuning. Did a great job and the results are a lot better than expected. The guy said I'm sitting at just under 190bhp so I am delighted. K&N panel filter comes tomorrow aswell to help things along nicely. Next mod????

Nice one mate. Breathing mods to get the air flowing would be good, miltek to give some noise to go with the power, confuse a few people. Whats your budget?

Nice one Gregzy! Good figures there, fella. Where are Angel Tuning based? :)

Thats a good figure, is yours a 140bhp? I have a a custom exhaust similar to a miltek and I'm making 182bhp, with just under 300lb of torque. Miltek/custom exhaust sounds good, and lets the turbo cool down a lil quicker by letting gas escape quicker from what I've read but doesn't add any power ime.

Just fitted my K&N panel filter yesterday don't really notice a difference but im sure its doing a great job lol. Dont really want to get an exhaust i like the silent power approach. Was hoping to get S3 headlights with the LED DRL's but from what i've heard they cost a bomb. I am however considering a brake upgrade, i just don't stop quick enough now. Any advice would be magic, cheers.

Yes it was a 140. What was yours before the miltek?

Cheers Paula, they are based in ayrshire but their price includes coming to you. I got mine done in my driveway lol he just plugged in a laptop and an hour later.....BOOM!! So happy with the results. Where about in the deen you from?

I never ran it on the rollers prior to exhaust.

Got my LED DRL's for £500 inc all bulbs and ballast from ebay. The headlight washers, possibly new central electrics module, auto leveling kit + wiring plus fitting is what makes the cost add up ;)

That's cheaper than I thought for the lights tbh. Don't have a clue about the other stuff though. Looks like I'll need to find someone who knows more about this than me. If someone could tell me exactly what is needed to do this that would be great.

This is a rough list of what you will need but should cover the main stuff, maybe need a few other small cheap bits too

2 x LED Bi xenon headlights, ballasts + bulbs
Adapter for headlights from Kufatec or similar company (to convert from halogen to bi xenon)
2 x Auto leveling sensors (one for each of your front axles)
Auto range control module (to control auto leveling sensors)
2 x headlamp washers (spray heads) + tubing
Pump for headlamp washers (I think)
Possibly new central electric module (onboard power supply)

That's about it from what I recall... Or you could just be a bit cheap like me and fit the headlights only :p although I do intend to fit the leveling sensors and washers at some point, lol..... You should note that there is a statute that states you must have headlamp washers and leveling sensors but there is currently no enforcement I am aware of, nor would I know how this would be enforced tbh other than through MOT.... But the way things are going Austerity wise you never know!
