OK so we are only talking about labling a couple of bits of new kit in my Comms cabinet and compressing some older files that don;t need to be accessed only stored.

So not too labour intensive :lazy:

Nothing that a bit of polish won't sort out. I don't suppose as it was Drink Driving that their Insurance will cover them.

UPS have delivered so I now have some very nice Forge Engineering for the car :arco:

Anyone remember me moaning about how long they took to send me my phone after it got nicked??

And then I got two phones in replacement by mistake?

Well - there is more..... I received a response to my bitchy email today - and they are refunding me my £30 excess as well.

Result.

Always worth a bitchy email. :thumbsup:
 
I remember that, that is a result!

Almost worth losing the phone for in the first place! What did you end up doing with the 2nd phone you got?Did you sell it and make some money?
 
This reminds me of a mate who ordered Pioneer 'Separates' Audio equipment back in the day from a catalogue, and they sent him 2 of all the separate units, but minus his speakers. Now he was about to phone them up to complain but twigged that he would be quids in if he sold the spare set of units and purchased the speakers elsewhere. He waited a few days just incase of course, and they duly phoned him up to 'ask' him if they had given him 2 sets of units instead of his speakers, to which he just flatly denied, he said he got the right equipment, and it sounded great! :laugh:

we dont want to peak too early, it is only April after all. Sometimes it snows this time of year lol
 
I love snow, best weather by far. I'd happily give up a summer holiday for more time skiing! (and quattro smugness too)
 
No way i love the sun,and would happily lie by a pool drinking beer all day!.(and possibly perving on all the fit birds in bikinis!)
 
Snow is very good but not when you got things to do on the car.

I pefer the sun and heat over ice and snow any time
less chance of damaging the car as well.
