Wine evaluation

Is there anywhere I can get a bottle of wine evaluated?

My brother inlaw has a bottle of win which my mate is interested to buy, but doesn't know how much to ask for it?

I've tried looking online, and it varies between £6-800 + taxes, and I think you need to buy it in cases to get that price.
