DRL LIGHTS

does your car have side indicators on the wings or incorporated into the wing mirrors?

they'll physically fit but you'll need a lot more than the headlamps. someone else will have to guide you on this, i'm not that clued up on it.

NHN and Khufu are the retrofit masters

VWCruise are very expensive for the services they offer!

Are they that bad sub ? I asked a member here for a price on lights and got totally ignored ..must have upset him lol

apparently so... i've just looked at their website to refresh me and they aren't terrible, but put it this way - NHN would almost certainly be cheaper, i trust him more and the money is going to a fellow member.

Was this me Steve? Apologies if so.

I dont think VWCruise are expensive. If you buy everything from them then yes i can see why they may be, but i purchased all my parts second hand, i only used them for the labour. Can be a cheap mod if you source parts carefully.

Do you already have xenon lights on your car?

Looking at the kit, providing you car is the facelift the lights will work ok but that kit doesnt include the leveling motors or washers that are also required to be legal. You also wont be able to use you original headlight adjuster to do it manually as they are wired dfferently. You may also need an uprated central electronics module depending on what was fitted to you car. It could also need recoded using VCDS. A lot of it depends on what is already fitted to your car & how far you want to take it.
