Owned the S3 just over 20 months now are in that time its had a few makeovers and lots of indecision but innovation comes from indecision . Started off a standard S3.

INTERIOR: RS6 STEERING WHEEL, EXTERIOR COLOUR CODED SEAT BACKS, LEATHER PARCEL SHELF, LEATHER KNEE RESTS, VARIOUS INTERIOR TRIMS COLOUR CODED TO MATCH EXTERIOR, OEM S3 BUCKET SEATS, TT VENTS, LED BULBS, INTERIOR LIGHT PACK, LIGHT/RAIN SENSOR, PRIVACY GLASS, FRONT CENTRE ARMREST, AUTO DIMMING/FOLDING MIRRORS, PARK ASSIST

WHEELS & TYRES: BENTLEY CONTINENTAL GT RIMS, FALKEN 452’S 215/35/19

I.C.E: BOSE SOUND SYSTEM, CD CHANGER, SDS – VOICE RECOGNITION, ALPINE IPOD KIT, RNE-E – SAT NAV, BLUETOOTH PREP

Transferred a few bits which I had purchased for my previous A3 over to the S3 including the interior and the BBS CK's,

Had a set of Rotiform BLQ's along the way which i ran for a few months

One of my favourite mods is the RS6 front grill

Had a bit of a setup back last December, cut a long story short it went on its holidays and ended up coming home with a new engine from the facelift S3

S3matt4.jpg

Piston was a little poorly to say the least

S3matt15.jpg

While I was under the bonnet decided the engine covers were in need of a new lease of life so out came the paint

S3matt5.jpg

Have done a few things in the interior. Door trims, gear gaitor surround, TT vents, steering wheel surround and the glove box trims have been painted Ibis white. The knee rest triangles have been retrimmed in leather with white stitching. Set of custom mats.

S3matt11.jpg

One of my favourite interior mods is the painted bucket seats and harness holders

S3matt12.jpg

Had the parcel shelf trimmed in black leather with a white insert

S3matt6.jpg

S3matt16.jpg

Was getting ready for new stopping power as the pads were nearly metal to metal so decided on some oem discs which I had grooved

S3matt20.jpg

I shortened the front recess by fitting the rs6 grill but the rear number plate recess has bugged me for a long time with me running a shortened plate (road legal) so after purchasing a facelift tailgate the transforming started

Deciding on the wheels to run for the show season was a lot of indecision, thanks to Jules he was selling the Bentleys which I had wanted to run for a long time but didnt want to run as Jules was running at the time. The car sat on blocks of wood for three weeks deciding on what colour scheme to run on them.

S3matt18.jpg

S3matt19.jpg

Paint on the front end was getting a little untidy so was booked in for a make over, along with painting the tailgate the front bumper and bonnet was painted.

March soon came around an it was time of Ultimate dubs once again so it spent a few days in the garage all been cleaned up.

With the paint been new decided some tape was in order to travel down to Ultimate Dubs

S3matt26.jpg

Had an awesome weekend down at the show

A massive thanks to all those that have helped with the car over the months, Tim @ truepaint for the tailgate, Newmills Autobody for the paint, Sprayworld for the wheels and interior trims, MJ interiors for the leather and all at PeakVag for putting up with my indecision

You shouldnt have wasted your time, could have come round mine (1 min drive from UD) for a quick snow foam! :)

However i'm loving the idea of light blue bentleys on a white car! :yum:

yeah had them a good while now. when getting out of the car, i always put my hand on the door kick plate and lift myself out, saves wear on the bolsters, got that much into the habbit looks a bit weird when i get out of mates cars.
Get them done, finishes them off. yeah really happy with the bootlid, finishes the rear off nicely

Yeah mostley for shows, sold the CK's but ive got CH black editions to put on the car when I wana go out and have fun in the car and use it to its potential. if I hadn't of been able to do the majourity of the work myself it wouldn't of happened. A few quid had been spent but all worth it. Luckily i dont have to use as a daily, thats what ive got my caddy van for.

Should of come over and said hi, a big thanks to Phil the gf's brother for taking the car for me on sunday and cleaning it all up, I was working down there so turned up at 11.30 and all the hard work was done.

I have to say, I love this car. Loving the interior, and the grill, however, I must apologise but the wheels ruin it for me. I dont lke the bentleys, it just doesnt suit.. Love the rest of the car loads though, you have done an incredible job on it.

Love the Videos...........Maybe me Rich need a video with Stephen Brooks for both are cars.....:eyebrows:

Love the car, some good details mate. The tailgate is epic. Timmy teased me with pictures along the way, made me want a private plate just to do this!

Only thing I dislike is the front grill, looks abit chavvy to me, oh and the 2008 wheels! Other than that, looks lovely mate. x

4th pic is the best car looks awesome. Love the Bentleys.
