I broke it

In short I broke one of my injectors and unable to find any local to me.

Can any one check ETK for me please and see if the diesel injectors for a 1.9 TDI AFN on a 98 plate was also used in any other car?

I've tried all local breakers and dont really want to pay nnew prices unless I really have to.
But at almost £200, I'm trying not to go down that route.

I've attempted a fix but I dont think it really worked cause the car idles rough and kicks out loads of black smoke.
Thats when it does start cause there appears to be loads of air in the fuel lines.

The injectors are fitted to any AFN engined A4, AHF engined A3's, AFN or AVG engined A6's, AHF engined boras and golfs, AFN or AVG engined sharans etc etc.

So VW are talking ***** when they say they cant order it.

No never thought about it really.
With so many negatives, Audi order only and VW don't use them, I just said thanks and left it.

I'm going to look for a 2nd hand unit and give that one a clean. I'm going to try and not break that one, when I get it.

None sensor one.
Thats the part number, I remembered the last 4 digits but thats it. lol

I phoned about 12 breakers in and round the bristol area and none of them had any diesels they was willing to break.
I phoned up Whitehouse VW in bristol and he had a couple.

Top bloke, highly recommended.
I've used him a couple of times in the past, God knows why i did not phone him first time round. lol
