Hi guys

After having my Audi A3 Sportback for nearly a year, decided to make some changes as I was bored with a car. please have a look at the pictures and share your opinion with me I like to know what would make this car better.

These are the old pictures and what the car use to look like

I didn't like the color and wanted to have a Matte White A3 but with a carbon fibre black roof and mirrors. Soooo I got the car Vinyl Wrap with Total Dynamic TO THIS

Then this car would need a nice black rims so I got brand new 18" matte black BBS

Thanks for looking

What I am going to do next is drop the car down with springs (I don't know which one is best?) and also changing the front grill to S3 black grill???

not too sure on the carbon vinyl roof but looks better than what it did originally bud , it needs lowering too, a rear spoiler and a black optics grill then it'll look:wub:

Yes N8 I'm looking for good Springs with good price, what drop do think I need?
get some coilovers off n8 they will be much better than just springs plus you can adjust the ride height to your heart content, ive bought some off him just waiting for them to arrive

Sweet ride mate, once lowered this will be complete

I'd get a black grill asap! That chrome one is killing the look. Also a rear spoiler for tailgate would look good, but in all I quite like what you've done so far. H&R 45-50mm springs or eibach sportlines would give you a nice drop on the 18's mate.

BTW how much did totally dynamic charge to wrap your car?

You will need to glue the S3 grille in place or do some thing to secure it as the S3 grilles are shorter than A3 ones so it wont be secure.
I'd personally change the front bumper to an s-line one and the rear to an 2010 s-line/black edition or S3, get a spoiler and MY09 rear lights.
As you have put in alot of work having the car wrapped but i think it needs the above parts to really look the business. As the standard bumper dont really compliment the car.
I'd say 40-50mm should look tidy, as fran said get coilovers can adjust the height till your happy with it.
Good work so far fella

p.s where you get your alloys from?

looks good mate, nice progress. As everyones said, set of coilovers are a must!

How much was the full wrap?

wrap looks nice. a black optics grill would look best in my opinion.

Depends what your budget is but AP are a good start at about £400, then Weitec are the next level up at around £550. Weitec's are said to be slightly more comfortable than the AP's and are better built from what I read. They all come from the same company (KW) here's a pretty good thread about KW's coilovers and the differences between the AP/Weitecs/KW1 inox etc

KW V1 vs V1 Basic vs AP Coilovers

Then you have other brands with damping adjusting coilovers for around the same money £575+ Vmaxx damping adjustable, FK Silverline+, FK Konigsport etc.

Fitting will be about £150+ with proper 4 wheel laser alignment.

That grill is pretty nice a member here has one, warren51. How about this one, think it would look great on your SB sprayed a gloss black ;)

Love the look of this. How do you keep it clean though because you do have to be careful with matt vinyl wrapping? Still, its a stunning looking car, and the wheels look great too!

It is really hard to keep it clean but now I know how :)
Best way to clean the matte White is to use washing up liquid and kitchen spray. ;-)

Guys I want to spend £200 for springs. what is the best one and shall I do front 45mm back 40mm?

Should't I do front a bit lower? I think it would look better

Black grill and badges would set it off a treat, never been 100% sure on vinyl wrapping personally (opening the doors/bonnet to see different colours puts me off abit) but looks like good job.

£1500 ouch.... Looks great though,One question. why didnt you just get it resprayed for that price?
And you can get cheap coilovers for £200 just dont wack them down to the floor and they are ok ...

I wasn't sure about Wrap as well but when I went to total dynamic and my mate done his Bentley there I love the job.
I didn't spray because there is a chance that they ****** your car up so thats why. and also with wrap I don't need to change my Log book. :)

I can see why wraps are a good alternative than spraying in some way. I had a full respray done on my last car, pretty much bare respray doors off etc etc.

The cost was nearly 1800, The one thing however which always bugged me was fitting everything back on.

I was fussy as i wanted genuine clips and bolts etc to be used, When you remove alot of the panels many wont be reusable and its quite a fair bit of hassle. Non the less you get what you pay for with paint work the more your willing to pay the better the job.

The price for vehicle wrapping has gone up alot though, full vehicle wraps were in the region of 800-900 at one time.

Totally dynamic quoted me 180 for a bonnet, roof and spoiler wrap supplied and fitted, now that the demand is alot more etc i can easily see me get a new quote from them for around 350 for something like that.

Hey guys, It's been long time I didn't upload any pictures.
I lowered the car with H&R Spring 45-50 mm drop, and front grill has been change as well
