As far as I'm aware even MY11 plate s3's come with the 3 piece rear bumper,
I have listed it as an 3 door s3 diffuser (which it is) therefore whoever buys it as far as I'm aware must have the s3/sline upper part of the bumper (pre-facelift of course) & the lower valance which the diffuser clips into,

Facelift Sline bumpers and facelift S3 bumpers are totally different.

As a few people have said, the facelift S3 bumper is in 3 parts (as was the pre-facelift) but the facelift Sline bumper is in 2 parts.
