Mate, I owe you a big thanks for your rear bumper mistake and posting up about it.
I came that close to doing EXACTLY the same thing!

lol , glad im not the only numpty on here then lol , was well worth all the hassle when i finished it today

Nope, you are not alone mate. Looking around I've seen some more up for sale as 3dr bumpers too.

Yours is looking good now that you're there though mate.

How hard did you find fitting the rear bumper??? Do it on your own??

yeh did it on my own mate in my garage lol , wasa **** take yesterday when i did it for the first time , 2 people would have a been easy as when you pop one side in the other pops out haha , but all in all its easy ,only fiddly part is the two bolts in the boot as its hard to see them

Glad you got sorted fella, wouldn't mind doing my fog surrounds and rear valance gloss black! Thought about it before as would suit the grill and rear rings

yeh mate ive got a cool idea for my rear rings , gonna stick the chrome ones on to a sheet of black vinyl , trim round then stick them on , does that make sense ? so there is like a gloss black backing under the chrome

glad you got it sorted dude, in no time at all too i think people who sell bumpers should know what they are off exactly as there is so many different models of cars not just audi's any make of car

all round looks good mate! glad you sorted your bumper out in the end!

looks in fantastic condition - really good example! Glad to hear you are putting the rings back on the boot as it looks far too plain without them - i think they will make a big difference! Only thing i am not a fan of is the TT vents - they stand out a little to much for me! Much prefer the S3 ones
