I'm based in Grimsby Lincolnshire N8, the alloys are over in Liverpool, the guy has said he can get the alloys refurbed for £40 a wheel
 
I know which ones you bought, and £40 a wheel isn't done properly................my place in Preston will diamond cut the lips and powder coat the centres, what colour would you want the centres doing?

I'm not sure, they will be fitted to a sprint blue S3 so I'm thinking just a light silver, or a very light grey, the same grey as the splitter and defuser? Your the expert, what's your thoughts? Any idea on price N8?
 
Or......Matt ally look? Like the wing mirrors?
 
Don't fancy colour coded centres? With the splits being 2 piece, coloured centres are a must, silver centres look too plain, what size tyres going to be running?
 
Not sure what would suit it? What about a really light bronze? Or Matt ally finish with polished outers and painting the bolts?

I'm on coilovers (weitec tx) and was thinking either 215/35 or 225/35, currently running 225/40/18
 
I don't get s3kels comment, the guys who fitted said the backs are as low as they will go, the fronts will go a lot lower though

You sure? Doesn't look that low. 215/35 will avoid rubbing, you looking to get them refurbed and put on straight away? What tyres you going for? You cud even run a 5mm spacer on back..
 
In the next month or so N8, yeah that's what he said mate. When do most people in the uk stick summer wheels on? Will be falken 452's more than likely bud, only £95 from camskill for 215/35/19. I am warming to the idea of a matt light bronze
 
My wheels will be going on next week providing my car is back.....so whenever really bro. Bronze would look nice, yeh F452 is what I got going on lad! Do you have any companys in mind who will refurbish the wheels, as the lips on yours are manky as hell aren't they!!
 
Yeah big time! But i think i got a bargain? There is a place near me who I need to speak to called CJ powder coatings. How much would you want to sort em Nath?
 
Would you want the lips polished or diamond cut? I can have the tyres fitted for you, if you want, I can collect them from liverpool, would you be collecting or want them delivered, I can arrange all that brother.....:wub:
 
Interesting gynads. I'm rocking a Sprint Blue as well and looking at Speedlines with a coloured centre too, so I'm really interested to see how yours turns out.

Probably polished mate, satin bronze centres. Yeah picked up from Liverpool tyres fitted and delivered mate that would be wicked! What do you reckon that would all set me back?

Have look on that site, shud be able to get any in powder coat. Why polihsed over diamond cut? Here are some diamond cut lips....

Silver bud, the refurb co the seller has offered is national alloys in widnes, apparently used to be proclean in Prescott?
