ruf idleing

hi all
1) now and then the water fluid light bleeps and every time i check the water level its fine
undo the cap and crew back on get back in car and the light, bleeping stops.

2) when i start the car up and sit there my neddle moves abit up an down not much.

plus i can feel juddering slitley or nocking in the engine what could it be
had it on vag com no faults.
been doing it a wile now though i might be map

changed plugs about a month ago checked coil pack and they seem fine
checked all boost pipes and no leaks there leaves me with nothing.
