knew you would say this, it sits alot better but not all the way down, back looks ok front needs dropping for sure as its a little r&r.

its changed the look in person for me loads, even as if they body shape has changed.

Coils on, all the way down, job done, none of this **** assing about business

Looks good War, where you get the alloys from if you dont mind me asking?
How low are you aswell and what kit you go for?
How the coilovers feel compared to your old suspension.

wheels are off ebay mate. would recommend them as originals are expensive as you know
jamex kit they said they didnt have a 75mm and a 85mm kit just a general kit. blue springs ?
coilovers feel bit more responsive and cornering has improves loads.

Anyone have an idea on this one.

ive dropped the front a few days ago to near as dam it the same drop either side, now ive just measured from an fixed point rather that the floor both sides and the drivers side sits exactly 10mm higher. but as ive said both sides are bang on the same near enough. is there something to do with weight differences on either side? just puzzled me as ive played with coil-overs with alot of cars and never had this.

and i will post up some new pictures when i can, de bage'd and cleaned

not good pictures really! best i could do without the slr

decided not to fully set the height as winter is coming in now but it is dropped more on the front from the past pictures. de badge the rear too. defo need some rear spacers too. if i stick some 10mm ones on the back am guessing i will defo need longer bolts?

yeah am fairly pleased with it really. just need some spacers for the rear and then should be flush all round. will have to get it up in the air again have a look quite strange.

Looks real nice man, you'll get longer bolts with spacers what centre caps you got? You'll need 215s on the back to avoid rubbing yours ET48 right?

Cheers, i have the normal Audi ones in at the min, did play about with some aston martin ones that i had but didn't look right.

ahhh no way i can get away with spacers without changing tyres? because at the min i know i have a fair bit of room (been doing bit of maths haha) i thought it could of been touch and go with the 10mm but i knew i could skim them down till it was right. will just have to play about. and yeah they are et48 if i remember correctly.

What's the crack on increasing the stopping power on this? can i use some other better disc and pads or is that not good enough? quattro brakes or s3 brakes? and i can imagine in that order thats the cheapest to most expensive?
 
cars looking good mate. I upraded my pads, disc & carriers to MK5 GTi one's... got them for a good price off ebay and the stopping power is very nice. A huge improvement over standard set up

cheers yeah will see if any come up for sale, in this snow the cars stopping power is shocking abs just kicks in quick, drove the girlfriends daily car and had plenty more push on the pedal and felt safer! which is not good as its a 206:scared2:

its back on sport wheels now and hardly drove in this weather, i dont want to flush to much money in this as it can go on for ever, but i reckon new rear lights, better brakes, spacers, and maybe get a spoiler and wrap the roof and spoiler black, that could then lead to maybe the mirrors being done.:box:

Me + Luke + Lee, had a meet on his driveway last sat. At least there is a few Audi boys in Manc now, we'll link up when I get my car back...

Sweet mate! krispy sounds good, ive been trafford alot tagging along with mates for R32oc ,ccuk and clio sport meets, only at rochdale so takes 20 min. I'm on ED38 so will look now. As for driveway meets :respekt: nout like a chat over a brew about cars lol ;) us lot used to meet regular in small groups lol :) This was after a large gathering of all weird and wonderful at krispy cream trafford :think:

There the first style ones that have been tint filmed to look like the 09 style. that pic does not make them look good atall. they might be for sale soon will get some pics up as they look really good in person.

Yep well if i remember i will come to the next kreme one too. always remember the day after or somthing then think, Dam i missed the meet.
