Fitting an agu to my s3 but there's no where to plug the Egr valve into .. Been told that you can delete these ..
If so what with and also will it affect the new motor in any way ??

Not sure what I've got to do on that :-S looks like a ball ache lol thought it was literally just blank it off nothing else needed !!
I'm not even sure what is gained from having this ??
Or even what is gained from removing ??

hi mate,
don't put put off: i did a egr delete on my previous mk4 golf: looks tricky but once you know what you're looking at you're fine. you gain the fact that your intake won't be getting clogged up with s***e and i experienced *slightly* better throttle response. then again, it was a GT TDi... never really thought about doing it on my 1.8 tqs... maybe it's just my desire to keep it standard though :)

Are you asking the same question as you did here?

If so then as Tuffty says it's actually the SAI, take it you mean this
utf-8BSU1HMDAzODMtMjAxMDExMTctMTY0Ny5qcGc.jpg

Like I said on your other post. I've just done this with no problems.

Also remove the SAI pump , and just used a 10w 470ohm restistor from Maplins 69p in the contector so the ECU doesn't throw up a fault code.

this looks like a good idea will this remove my secondary air pump cos i have a fault code on it ?

can i use these resistors for the evap canistor (air con) and air bag wiring to remove the fault codes?

Evap canistor you could as it requires a current to flow in order for ecu not to register. Air bag not sure as think it's a switch circuit so may just need shorting like the brake pad sensor etc

Have a wanderround a local scrapper dude. Any N75 valve will do.... from any VAG varient as long as it's the same plug.
